Hi, I am selling my website https://ieoalarm.com which i have been operating solo for a few months.

This is my first time selling a website so i'm going to layout the "package".

1) Domain

- Bought in April 2019 (expires april 2020) on namecheap
- hi@ieoalarm.com email address on gsuite.

2) Integrated to CMS

- All pages are custom designed and coded
- Currently on Wordpress for easy use

3) IEO page templates

- You can "Add new IEO" through Wordpress back office to automatically add a new IEO to the website, adding a new IEO to the website will add it to the homepage comparaison table.

- All fields for IEO information are available in wordpress back office, here are the fields:






- Categories for IEOs:

a. Featured IEO, visible on homepage, below all blog posts, below all other IEOs. (Maximum 1 featured IEOs at a time)
b. Premium IEO, visible in table below Featured IEO on blog posts and below all other IEO. (Maximum 3 premium IEOs at a time)
c. Normal IEO, visible in main table on homepage. (Unlimited number of normal IEOs at a time)

4) Blog post templates

- All blog posts have same template, adding new blog post is simple (example : https://ieoalarm.com/ieo-successful-projects/)

a. include space for blog content
b. include space for embed youtube video (just need to insert youtube link).
c. include space for FAQ metadata for google rich snippets
d. include sticky on the right side to join emailing list
e. include initial exchange offering of the month
f. include 3 premium IEOs in the table below the initial exchange offering of the month.

5) Homepage

- Homepage comparaison table automatically updates when new IEO is created in wordpress.
- Possibility to filter table depending on IEO platform (refreshes new page, allowing you to change the content in that page for SEO)
- Content space for written content
- Space for FAQ (google rich snippets)
- Space for youtube embed video
- Recent blog posts section (automatic)

Business Model

- Promoting IEOs for projects and exchanges: Featuring them on website, sending out newsletters to 60,000 investors.
