Yes. I'm reading whitepapers before investing in any ICO. For an example I read Daneel whitepaper and several other whitepapers to get clear understanding about the project. But honestly I'm not reading whitepapers for coins which give as Airdrops.

I think waves has lost a lot of hype unnecessarily recently. It's actually an interesting project that already possesses a huge number around 100k TX/s. Compared to ETH where cryptokitties crippled the network, in my opinion the tech of Waves could end up being better. I always viewed Waves and NEM as more or less equal, undervalued projects, but for some reason NEM got into the spotlight and Waves was left in the dust. Not sure why.

If BTC can get above 10k as soon as possible it will be a great start for the 2nd quarter as currently it is back to 8k and to move up requires some power buying which can help the btc rise and move towards five digit mark. This year should be better than last year which will make everyone happy.

Most of people are checking ico ratings as one of their reference on where they will choose to invest, but for me ico ratings is just a guide and I am not really believing on how they rate some icos. But is still depends with the investors how they will believe this ratings.
