Good to see the update. Is this still a Quark based coin?
Yep, we've completed the phase 1 hard fork to move SPL to a new codebase and enable multi algo PoW/PoS/MN, but progress on phase 2 of the upgrade is moving slowly as I'm the only developer contributing to the project currently. I am more active in the project discord, so it's usually a better place to check for updates. Alternatively, you can always find the latest release on GitHub: https://github.com/simplicity-coin/simplicity/releases

You must to hodl this coin because you can not sell it to anyone. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) It would be fine if there will be open DOGE market to trade SPL. Obviously 1 satoshi's it is too high a price Look back in this thread...I've been saying that forever. Coin was overpriced at 1 sat, but old dev already dumped and the new dev had no idea what he was doing. Yet another scam masternode coin. Sorry, but you are mistaken. The development and community of this coin is still very much active, but we are providing all status updates through discord currently. My latest wallet release (v1.2.2) is stable and works quite well and we have a hard fork + supply reduction in the works. indeed , the first wallet were pain in the *ss, constantly freezing , to high cpu performs.... wallet is way stable now, it stake and mn give his rewards ... community is active, dev is active.... atm hodling We're collaborating with the developers of several other coins using the same wallets to move to the PIVX codebase (which will enable blockchain governance, atomic swaps, and the lightning network) and I can work on adding segwit after the fork, but we need to come together as a community and decide where we are going to go after this. I have also contacted a CoinExchange representative about additional pairings but haven't received a response. We will likely pursue a crypto-bridge listing after the hard fork and/or rebrand.

I have taken over development for the moment and we should have a new wallet out shortly.
Where you at on a DOGE pairing on CE? Delaforetnoire is handling all of our communication with CE now, so he would be able to provide updates on a Doge pairing. Right now I'm pushing another update to reduce the target peer connections so that the wallet won't lag/crash/use so much CPU time looking for 64 other nodes to connect with. still laggg and crash ! i'm using Simplicity v1.1.1.0 windows wallet Yes, we've been discussing this in discord and it seems to be due to the automatic darksend coin mixing that occurs in the background. The v1.1+ wallets have a new darksend protocol that is incompatible with all the v1.0 masternodes people are running (the wallet keeps trying to connect to MNs to process darksend and if it can't find a v1.1+ MN to process it properly the wallet hangs) so it seems the only solution for now is to get MN operators to update or use the wallet litemode which disables darksend. I'm breaking compatibility with v1.0 in v1.2 to force MN operators to upgrade but first we need CoinExchange and masternodes.online to get on board with the update so I'm waiting on Delaforetnoire to get back to me about what's going on with them.

For what it's worth, I set up another Simplicity block explorer with up to 500 transactions indexed on every address: http://zentec.ddns.net:9099/The more the merrier, right? If you would add another bounty I can also do a Tagalog translation (Philippines).
Whoa there buddy, no need to monopolize the MN network this early on ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

First it was not able to find the secp256k1.h file. So i installed secp256k1 which was in the src folder. (./autogen && ./configure && make && make install) then wallet compiled (make -f makefile.unix) after running the daemon i get below error: simplicityd: error while loading shared libraries: libsecp256k1.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory os is ubuntu 16.04 LTS I know i am doing something stupidity here I got it to work by running these commands before launching the daemon: LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib export LD_LIBRARY_PATH ./simplicityd
But I agree, the build docs should definitely be updated Can certainly do that at some point Awesome ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Zenpool now supports Simplicity!http://zentec.ddns.net:8090/Simply connect with your wallet address as your username to start mining. The pool fee is only 0.5%. Example ccminer configuration: ccminer.exe -a quark -o stratum+tcp://zentec.ddns.net:2727 -u 8G8ogxNPvF8MYBJK4mgsPmFK37cZKKaH1d -p x
Replace my address with yours and you will be good to go. An optimized ccminer build can be obtained here: http://cryptomining-blog.com/tag/alexis78/If you need support with anything, please join our discord: https://discord.gg/pCp47RUHappy mining! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)
