Hi all

So i was able to secure a sample of BM1385 ASICs and thought it would be pretty cool to try build a simple board with one of them. Intent is not really to make anything competitive, just have the chips on the way and would like to build something with them as a DIY project. Unfortunately i cannot seem to find any information on the chip footprint and was wondering if anyone here has stumbled across it.

If someone could link me to a chip diagram or toss the footprint my way, that would be awesome
