4  Economy / Services / Mobile App Development (Android & iOS) on: April 25, 2018, 02:37:44 AM
I am interested in helping ICO's boost the value of their platform with a Mobile Application and all of the benefits that come with having a mobile app.

If you have a website and would like to convert that into a Mobile Application that can be downloaded off the Apple App Store and Google Play, I can easily help you.

I am currently using mobile applications as a marketing tool to reach a wider audience to boost my affiliates on various platforms. Which has been very effective with a very low budget. $5 per day for a month on Google Adwords got us a little over 100,000 Views on the site/app. I can also teach you or assist with setting up your ad campaign so that way you can have full control. I can also run you through the process of sending Push Notifications to users who have downloaded your app. You will also have access to reports and analytics at any time.

*All that would be needed on our end is your website URL and the selected pages you would like to have displayed on the app.

The price of this service is $1000 in any popular crypto currency at the current rate of exchange at the time of transaction. I will be willing to accept %50 up front and %50 upon the Mobile Application being published on the app stores.

Isn't this a little bit early to find and start a bounty/signature campaign?
Most ICO lasted around 3 months, this is usually when bounty/signature participants received their tokens.
Anyway, I'd recommend Lauda or Yahoo for running Signature Campaign.
I'm not sure whether Lauda still want to manage a campaign, but Yahoo are always open and both of them are highly professional Smiley

P.S. there are many mistakes and errors on your website, might want to fix that first.

I have seen the sale ends on 244 days which is on 8 months. This is too early to announce on such sale but well its still on teams decision whenever they do like to start.

Hello, I have experience in handling ICOs. I had the chance to be community manager for 3 ICOs in the past 3 months (2 on-going). I'd like to know more details how do intend to give incentives to those who will be joining your team. Could you send me a private message for a more detailed explanation on how do you intend to proceed with this?

Thanks!
Why would need to sent a pm? Why you cant just post out your portfolio directly? So that the public will able to tell if you are worthy, yet there are lots of community managers which are reputable and professional into this field. Not on criticizing you but.....

yes please post your work history in this thread
7  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Work for Tokens! Team Members Needed! on: April 17, 2018, 09:44:03 PM
So your ICO ends on 31st Decemeber. So thats is when people working for you shall get tokens and then they shall liquidate their position if at all you guys have plans to list yourself. What about the incidental expenditures one has to go through these 9 months? What if you as a project owner faces a problem and project is withdrwan? Would you pay the members associated with you.

Please dont say this wont happen as I have seen many seemigly good projects going haywire.  Grin

That is always a possibility and yes we do plan on getting listed. We will provide necessary support when unexpected costs arise as we do know, not everything is free.
And we have many lucrative opportunities and benefits that we can provide to help our team earn money in the mean time. And also yes, if this is a failed project and alot of time is put in, we will make up for it in ETH as well as refund investors in full. We want to provide a positive influence in the crypto community so we have no intentions on having this project fail on our end.

At first you asked for a best place to find devs. You can see great devs on envato. Also for you, I think best option is to go on crypto/blockchain and any IT/tech meetups but prioritize first two.
If you are looking for signature campaign managers, then see my list down below:

All the above haha. Team Members we need for the project at hand:
That's a lot of open position.
You can find hire a freelance for some of your position like Graphics Designer and Content Writer, but the rest of them you might need a full time team  Undecided
You can go to service section to find and hire some people (I remember there are a lot of Graphics Designer on there).

There's also Freelancer.com. while they probably don't accept payment on bitcoins, there are a lot of talented developers there.
If you want to pay solely on Bitcoin you can try https://www.xbtfreelancer.com/projects or this Subreddit
https://www.reddit.com/r/Jobs4Bitcoins/

Always research their track record first, and be careful with newbies promising great skills Smiley

Thanks guys i will check out all of these provided sites and campaign managers!
12  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where is the best place to hire a team for a project? on: April 11, 2018, 10:08:49 PM

Maybe you can try on linkedin, there are crypto groups in there which I think most of the people are qualified and has the background in finance and programming. There are people in the bitcoin group who are constantly discussing things there, I think by reading their comments you can already identify which of them will qualify to do the job.

Still trying to build my connections  on LinkedIn. It is going slow though!

I would like some opinions on where the best place is to hire people for an upcoming project.
Take time to lurk in the services section, there are various of offers that you can get there of people who are looking for upcoming projects like yours. There are set of people / group that's dedicated to help projects with marketing team but take note that not all of them are effective. Choose only those professional people that can help you with legit results and will really help you on your project.

If anyone has any advice or experience within this area, please drop a reply!  Smiley Have a great day!
Tell us what you really need. Campaign manager, blogger, marketing, etc.

I need clearer description of your project, whether the project is really just to start for developing in initial stage or you mean the project is just an ICO? If you think the project is just an ICO, this bitcointalk forum is a good place to find people as most of they are experienced as well. But if you mean a project is really started from initiation (just idea to be developed), I think it will need a person who possess knowledge in a project as a whole and also understand about crypto space.

The Project is called BitStash, We already have a working product. Just need to fill out the rest of the platform. but the most important parts of the project are completed. i mainly need help with all ICO related tasks.

Basically, BitStash is a Peer to Peer Marketplace that will enable individuals worldwide the opportunity to purchase daily products, electronics, household goods, furniture, clothing, vehicles, real estate, etc. with cryptocurrency. Likewise anyone anywhere can also become a vendor and start selling right away to earn cryptocurrency. (We are focusing on manufactures currently to provide competitive prices). However even drop shippers can make a killing utilizing the BitStash platform. As each vendor account becomes established, verified, and receives reviews the vendor "Trust Score" will increase and give buyers trust when purchasing your products or items. (Similar to eBay's Super Seller).

The BitStash Marketplace will be a first of it's kind at this scale within the cryptocurrency space. With over 1500+ categories to shop from you can easily find everything / anything you are looking for.

BitStash aims to secure the entire ecommerce industry by providing world class security, convenience, variety, and support. With BitStash you can store over 10 different cryptocurrencies. Each account is secure and requires email verification to withdraw any funds.

Each transaction on BitStash is secured by our escrow system and service. (Until a vendor is verified and enables instant payments, this requires someone like Samsung for example, not just anyone. Granted we might remove instant payments completely even from verified vendors.). Funds will be held until a tracking number has been inputted and delivered to customer. At which time after 7 days from delivery if no complaint by customer or dispute by customer funds will be released to vendors wallet. BitStash will resolve the issue if the buyer and seller can not resolve the issue in case of a dispute. If a refund is required BitStash will send the customer a full refund for their order.
15  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where is the best place to hire a team for a project? on: April 10, 2018, 09:52:03 PM
In person is the best place to hire a team. Arrange meetings and conduct interviews and all business in a group to stay on the same page. Try organizing a small meet up for like minded people and I'm sure you'll find quality talent.

I would love to do this but the area has a very weak crypto community. I would have to teach everyone about crypto in a third language and i dont think that is appropriate for the timeline haha.

So if anything i will just organize it for the future in another city to get best results .

Thanks for the insight!
16  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How can we develop a successful program ? If we only have small money on: April 10, 2018, 09:07:21 PM
I can prepare you for ICO.

Website, Smart Contract, and advise you for marketing and growth. 2000 is enough to see if other people will get behind your project.

I would be able to develop a website and mobile application that you can utilize as your hub for marketing and promotion of fundraising. We are currently working with some big up and coming projects such as bitstash.co and believe we can help you reach your goals and requirements. Our team also has some background in smart contracts if you also would like us to create a token for you

Feel free to email me at odappsdev@gmail.com or respond here. Wish the best for your upcoming project.

There are some agencies that provides all the services. You can either hire one agency that will handle all the task or you have to search individuals for each category.

If you need any help related to explainer videos, pm me or send an email to
ammar@showanimations.com

I have looked into a handful of agencies but i would honestly prefer team members that believe in the project versus people just offering a service trying to make money.
