Sorry for any inconveniences encountered with any pool issues.
For the more reliable earning estimates, I would recommended to refer to 24h estimated and 24h actual data at the pool. To maximize earnings using any profit switching software you should use current estimate. However it is indeed changing as network difficulties and coin prices do.
You make me laugh. You do realize that you encourage users to use current profitability to make it easier for you to steal more coins ? The problem is that current profitability statistics are impossible to track, and you think that you are safe, but the real difference is in actual 24h statistics and also more than that in real BTC daily payments. You use the same pool management software as aHashPool and you claim to have 0% pool fee and you also claim to have 0% exchange fee, and I am 100% sure your EXCHANGE_FEE is at least 10%. Besides that I made tests with identical rigs on the same time and using current statistics on your pool compared to aHashPool and your pool paid 20% less in BTC after day after day of testing. At least 10% of your income can be lost also because of too weak server, rent one like this one https://www.ovh.ie/dedicated_servers/enterprise/1801mg04.xml or use more servers because you should have an income of 3 BTC per day because aHashPool pays 6BTC every day for 6000 miners. You have 3000 miners and you only pay only 1,5 BTC per day (2 payments of 0,6 BTC every 12 hours). Taking this into consideration, because you use the same yiimp pool management software, either you manage your pool very bad, or you steal a part of the income from all your miners and miners have to ask you to pay them on this forum. So, you write on your homepage that exchange fee is 20% and stop stealing coins. You are like a gypsy from Romania that is stealing and misleading everyone, instead of being fair and take care of your server that is offline most of the time. Fuckin Trolls... just simple math for all you Zerg Fanatics
stratum servers fail each 30 minutes for about 5 minutes
this means you loose 10 minutes of mining every hour
10 minutes x 24 hours = 240 minutes
240 / 60 = 4... this means you can be loosing 4 hours of mining everyday
multiply that for 2500 miners, im just guessing here this pool lost thousands of dollars for everyone this past weeks, aside from the delay in exchange

There are $10 millions of dollars in hardware you are dealing with and zergpool will go 10 times lower like it happened with hashRefinery when everybody disabled hashrefinery from AM and it went form 10k miners to 1k miners because of the same issues they had. Now it's your opportunity and you have to do all you can to fix all the issues this pool has and have the best profitability in paid BTC amounts, not fake statistics. Trying to be nice... I'm a nice guy... I just hate trolls...I do not care about hardware that people have that have no clue, as to how they should run it. I do not have a lot of hashpower... Two L3's and ten gpu's, zergpool has paid me everything that I have earned, and they have paid me on time. Yes, zergpool has had problems... Remember it is a very new pool, and the attraction is no fee's and very volatile coins. Perfect for us small miners. Perfect to learn how to mine coins. People should appreciate zergpool and pinpins. So the stratum failed... Go to your backup. So the coin orphaned, damn the luck... learn to read your stats... Nothing fake going on... Let's be objective here.
zpool has 2% fee, 180+ coins, running for 2 years
hashrefinery has 1.25% fee, 50+ coins, running for 0.5 year
ahashpool has 1% fee, 70+ coins, running for 0.5 year
Yet, pinpins is new to running a pool, says he is a 1 person team, decides to charge 0% fee, and add 160+ coins.
If you have 160+ coins in zergpool, you better make sure you are in contact with 160+ dev teams and git repos and monitor 160+ coins on a daily basis to prevent chain splits and forks, and handle upgrades in a timely manner. Don't you think this is too aggressively to the point of recklessness? And you think a new pool admin is able to handle 160+ coins better than hashrefinery, better than ahash, to the point as good as crackfoo who's been doing it for zpool for 2 years? I'm just pointing out the numbers. Maybe pinpins is super human, who knows!

UPDATE
1. Didn't recover fully, but much better. If all goes well as planned, I will decrease threshold to 0.005 and 0.0025 respectively on Monday.
2. Working on getting lost shares problem resolved, when user disconnects
3. The ambition is also to remove 0.5% fee on Monday.
4. Working on API performance improvements also.
good to hear i have to switch to an other pool because sniffdog want work without api and i cant reach it for about 5 hours  greatings sneg ps: i think you should keep fee for a while and invest it in pool hardware and so on 0,5% noboody hurts I agree on the pool fee. Keep it for a while... Build a pool reserve for unforeseen problems, improvements or whatever.. Really think you need to keep a reserve. This pool is going to grow, and with growth comes more problems. Been on this pool pretty much from day one, great pool, I have never had any problems from the pool. Yea, the pool has had a few hiccups, but what does anyone expect from a new pool. Your pool pinpins, do as you see fit. Keep up the great work... |

yup, i'll second what poster above me has said...been payed out/defo not a scam, pinpins doing a great job and "YES" in terms of returns(X11) i challenge anyone to find better  Actually been a lot of fun watching pinpins figure this shit out. I have been payed everything owed to my miners. Better pay than any other pool. The pool is still going thru some BS while it grows, but pinpin is on it. |

What you have is a whole bunch of dumbasses that cannot read or do simple math. The pool is fine, in fact the best one that I have ever been a part of. Granted I do not have a lot of experience with mining pools, but this one is the best so far. Love this pool. Studied my shit, I understand what is happening with the pool. It's growing, it's evolving. Doing a damn good job of it to boot. Bring your hash Brother, this pool is no scam....
