"we will only recover deposits with a minimum of 0.5 ETH and there is a 10% fee attached"Which basically means: "your 0.31 is gone" They asked me for my ticket number 3 times now and then all of a sudden was total silence (oh it's that one guy we scammed, case closed). I made a 0.31ETH deposit on coinexchange 1 (!!!) month ago. Shortly after it was made, etherscan marked it as succeeded. You can check my coinexchange wallet: https://etherscan.io/address/0x0bd546a008060fea07905c2a0416931e57b9b474And today my balance on coinexchange still says: ZERO. In fact, the deposit doesn't even show up in "DEPOSITS". After ~2-3 weeks and countless attempts to contact their "support" they told me to have patience (had to fix something blablabla). Nothing happened and I contacted them again. Later I got a response which basically says: fuck you. Internal transactions, despite the name, are not actual transactions. They are not included directly on the blockchain; they are value transfers initiated by executing a contract. This transfer type is generally used to process transactions in bulk. Often, this occurs with deposits to CoinExchange.io from other exchanges or crypto-service providers. While it can be seen on the block explorer, they cannot be detected by our system. At this point, we will only recover deposits with a minimum of 0.5 ETH and there is a 10% fee attached. Please let us know if you would like us to proceed. To avoid this in future, please withdraw to a wallet and then send the amount to your deposit address.
Sincerely,
CoinExchange.io Support TeamThere was no warning whatsoever that exchange to exchange transactions are not supported (btw. exchange -> exchange works perfectly fine with all the other exchanges)!?I've seen countless complaints on twitter regarding that problem now. Etherscan proves that my ETH was transferred successfully (and they know it)! Direct messaged them on twitter and they responded that they will look into it. But I guess as soon as they saw it was "me"/my ticket -> no reply anymore. They are goddamn crooks and I hope they will be brought down!

So I've been looking through coinexchange's tweets and there are hundreds of people who have been scammed by those criminals! If there are enough people who are willing to contribute a small amount (I would gladly pay ~20$), we could collect Ethereum (would be the best choice imo) in a wallet and with that money I'm sure we can find someone who's able to track the operator(s) of that scamexchange down and eventually file charges against them! You just don't fu** with people's money - I am very serious about that! Please - that goes out to everyone affected - spread the word (twitter, facebook, reddit,...) and post your problem here!

Actually I lost hope after 1 month of waiting and being ignored by their support. I was actually begging at the end ("keep your 10% fee but credit me the rest please") - although i didn't make any mistakes - told them that's really a huge amount for me and they are somehow ruining me. They just don't give a damn...
If anyone is doubting: just go to their twitter page and look through the comments on their tweets.

People commenting on twitter are having problems with many different coins but I don't know if/how many are encountering the same problem with other coins.

Yep, unfortunately... I checked coinexchange's twitter regularly and there are/were many people experiencing the same: deposit not showing up + support not reacting.
And the thing is they are probably doing it on purpose (could easily refund people & put up a warning like "ETH deposit from exchanges not supported").

Alright everyone, I'm really pi**ed of. Actually I can't even believe that's happening... 1 month ago I decided to put some money (~350$) into cryptos. I know that there are many out there who'll think: peanuts. But for me as a student that's actually a lot of money (took me almost half a year to save that amount). Anyways, after doing some research I decided to go with coinexchange.io and get some ELIX on there. Signed up on Bitstamp, bought ~0.31ETH and made a deposit on coinexchange. Shortly after the deposit was made, etherscan marked it as succeeded. You can check my coinexchange wallet's address: 0x0bd546a008060fea07905c2a0416931e57b9b474 And today my balance on coinexchange still says: 0.00 (transaction doesn't even show up in DEPOSITS). After ~2-3 weeks and countless attempts to contact their "support" they told me to have patience (had to fix something blablabla). Nothing happened and I contacted them again. Today I got a response which basically says: fuck you. Internal transactions, despite the name, are not actual transactions.
