Not sure if they have indicated otherwise, but no one has the programs yet, no pool will be functional until wallets are released, which is yet to happen.

Not yet, after the wallets are released in the project site, the exchanges/miningpools should start popping up.
Everyone is on waiting mode now.

All that was as announced. The downloads, INCLUDING the nodes for the pools, were to be available within a day of the fork, after the pre-mine.

are pools available ? or till tomorrow?

All pools have the same access as users to wallets. once the nodes are ready and synchronized, they will all show available, just grab the parameters from one of them and enter in your miner to get started.

https://lcc.magnificentpool.com <- will show 503 until all is ready for miners to come in (low fee 0.5%, adjustable minimum payout, great infrastructure, Spanish speaking staff available for support)

The so called "Professional" pools with "Terrific" infrastructure praised by the coin, don't even have any other actively blocking coins, and by the looks of it, don't even know how to keep logs (or maybe just don't know where to look). If they are ok with the workaround proposed, they obviously need to go a long way. Good luck to everyone, this still looks like an amazing project, hopefully the team get their act together before is too late.
