Hi qiwoman2 Great to have another legendary member on our thread.

Softcap is reached already. We set it to 100k USD which we collected partially in USD and ETH. Because the ETH price has rapidly lost in value - some think that it isnt reached, but we used the timestamp value of the transaction as well as bank wire statement from the USD investments to calculated the softcap status. But as you can see, some use the current price and question our statement because of that


So, to state it clearly: SOFTCAP REACHED


We have started the application before we thought of an ICO and will continue with it even if we dont raise more than what we already did. Some people dont know that they need this application yet, because they havent gotten to the point of cashing in/out. And when that situation comes, its too late and you already missed it. It feels like the part where Alice from the Movie Resident Evil fights through like a hundred zombies, just to realize that another 1000 lined up in the meantime

1. its calculated by stakes earned on each activity. As an example: if you have earned 200 stakes and in total there are 10'000 stakes earned, then it would be 2% (of the bounty pool).

2. The ICO funds are taken into account.
    Let me tell you why: You probably know that already, but in the current crypto space there is nothing for free. Marketing has its price and to make it a successfull ICO, we have to promote it. So the funds collected during the Presale, are allocated to 2 key operations: Marketing and Service provider (like KYC and so on). The team is working without payment since day 1.
If that dark part of the ICO world wouldn't be, we would have included the funds from the presale in the btc paid bounty campaign.

Since the Campaign is not paying weekly and on request from our participants, we have decided to find a solution, to ensure that their work is valued and safe.
Therefore we are looking to work with 3 different escrow service provider.

What we are offering:

3 Escrow Service Slots

- Each paid 0.5% of the funds beign escrowed.
- Allocation of the funds to the bounty participants, according to the spreadsheet provided by our Partner Bounty Manager Wapinter.
- The escrowed funds will be allocated by Konios directly and we will try to make an equal share for each escrow provider. (No complaints accepted if its not 100% equal)

How we gona do this:

- The Konios Project ICO starts July 1 and lasts until september 30 (or when hardcap is reached)
- Hardcap is 29Mio USD (the bitcoin paid bounty receives 1% of the raised funds, regardless if the hardcap is reached)

Timeframe of allocation:

July 15: We will allocate 1% of the raised funds from July 1-14
July 30:  top up to 1% of the raised funds from July 1-29
August 12: top up to 1% of the raised funds from July 1- august 11
August 30: top up to 1% of the raised funds from July 1- august 29
September 16: top up to 1% of the raised funds from July 1- september 15
September 30: top up to 1% of the raised funds from July 1- september 30


What are the decision criteria for the escrow selection:

- Memeber Status (30% weight)
- Trust Level (30% weight)
- Experience/reputation (30% weight)
- Best oneliner in the application post (10% weight )

Your suggestion is reasonable. On one hand, we are trying to raise funds to realize our project, on the other having the funds already - we wouldn't have to do an ICO.
Nevertheless your concern is real.

We could look for an option to allocate every 10-14days 1% (after first time, top up to the 1%)  of the raised funds to an escrow during the ICO, to ensure participants that we are going to put the money where our mouth is.
Give us a day or two so we can discuss it with our Bounty Manager Wapinter and our Team.

Thanks for checking our Bounty-ANN.

We are telling upfront that the only risk involved is: We are paying 1% of the total raised funds instead of weekly payment (doesnt matter if hardcap is reached. 1% will be paid). We want to reward the supporters with a higher amount, because they joined us when we where at the beginning - after the dust settles and the ICO is over, they will be rewarded for their efforts and support.
We specifically wrote it, since we understand that part of the bitcointalk community only wants the sure thing (for example: weekly payments etc). That notice is transparent and not shady.

Note on 3.: The only guarantee we give, is that we will distribute 1% of the raised funds to the Bounty Campaign participants. Paid in Bitcoin.

We are excited to announce a new face to the Konios Team.

Emmanuel Chilaka, Germany
Position: Konios Africa Ambassador


We met Emmanuel at a pitch in Munich. He was at this Summit to expand his network and to look at new projects.
Since we were represented at the pitch in Munich with 6 team members, we had enough time to talk to Emmanuel about the Konios project in more detail.
Since we continued to be in contact with Emmanuel after the Summit, we became aware of his commitment and expectations for the Konios project. His suggestions and expertise are in line with our philosophy.

Emmanuel is above all a Crypto and Bitcoin enthusiast. His technical expertise is no coincidence, as confirmed by his bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science. With his practical experience of about 7 years, especially in the field of Apple and Microsoft systems, he not only brings theory on board. He currently holds a Master’s degree in digital currencies.

Emmanuel is going to support the Community Engagement, Manage Facebook, Reddit and Discord. He is also an admin on Telegram. Further he will engage with the community in Africa and will be the point of contact for the Konios Project engagement in Africa.

He is the first of 6 ambassadors for all the continents.
So far we don’t know if there are any crypto activities in Antarctica. Should this circumstance change, we will appoint a seventh ambassador.
