How ReceiptChain, the identity of things, compares to VeChain, Waltonchain, VINChain, Syscoin, and Ebay and Craigslist

In the blockchain world there are mainly two types of projects related to physical goods, supply chain software and marketplace software. In the life cycle of a product you can categorize these services as before point of sale and after point of sale. This is where ReceiptChain steps in. ReceiptChain tracks the complete product life cycle saving everyone who buys, sells, lends, and uses the product time and money.

ReceiptChain is the software, to authenticate, upon inception, track through logistics, sell in the initial marketplace, and then resell for customer. Although the owner may change hands many times, the product information remains the same. This is the identity of the product. Placing the identity of this product in many data silos requires the reproduction of this data over and over again. This can be improved by storing that data in one place. For ReceiptChain that data is stored on the ReceiptChain blockchain and then audited by the Ethereum main chain to ensure it’s history is immutable.

Like Waltonchain and VeChain, at ReceiptChain we have software for enterprise to efficiently store vast amounts of ownership, custodial and other descriptive data during the supply chain and logistics phase and then use the same or parts of that data in marketing. Our backend tools can add bulk quantities of products to the blockchain with private key encryption that verifies the source of the data. NFC Chips and RFIDs can be used as physical identification. Popular ERP, inventory and tracking solutions can be easily modified to read ReceiptChain blockchain data. At this point our phone app and website can be used to track the products. Unlike Waltonchain and VeChain, ReceiptChain is based in the United States and has usable software today.

Like VINChain, this data can then be reused by the customer to make purchase decisions. Our phone app. The phone app shows displays the history of the object from inception and displays the registered logo of the authenticated creator in the application. On point of sale the ownership of the product is transferred to the customer and shown in their inventory. Unlike VINChain our software is not limited to automobiles and available now.

Like Syscoin, soon the customer will also use the ReceiptChain app to find and purchase the product. This creates a global search engine for things. Like Ebay and Craigslist, secondary products may be bought and sold. Unlike Ebay and Craigslist item descriptions don’t need to be re-created each time the item is made and the history of the item is known. Products can be paid for using cryptocurrency like Ethereum and Bitcoin. Your bank won’t freeze your account when you need to withdraw $3,000 and you won’t have to walk around with it in your pocket at 2AM.

Unlike any other product the customer has a personal inventory of their items for insurance, location tracking using NFCs, popular Bluetooth chips, or reselling later. This data can be used to lend and rent products efficiently keeping track of the owner and user. These records encourage products to be reused, resold, and recycled.

Many of these new blockchain projects are valid and note-worthy, but we believe at ReceiptChain that they are limited in scope. Blockchain technology can be used as a universal data silo. It can be used to create a single identity for individual products or titles. This identity can be used for all the purposes that we use products. We have built this universal tracking blockchain and it is functioning now. You can try it for Android and iOS at ReceiptChain.io.

Can we get some more update on how the "Space" portion will be part of this coin? There are other coins that are doing something similar.
Smrt coin will be required for the SmartSpace platform - storage for smart and safe keeping the information. Any member of network can earn coins by staking, running masternodes, allocating one's free disk space for purpose of information storage.

When will you start development work on this?
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BCN] Bytecoin. Secure, private, untraceable since 2012 on: May 08, 2018, 04:43:56 PM
Polo change the withdraw/deposit status to: Temporarily Disabled

Bytecoin webwallet status: The wallet is undergoing maintenance at the moment.
We appologize for any inconvenience.

Bytecoin Twiter account:
The network is experiencing an unusually high load. Transactions can be delayed, node synchronization can lag far behind.
The team is working hard to solve these issues.
It's strongly recommended to avoid any transferring of BCN until the situation is resolved.

So I think there is problem on the Bytecoin side with the chain? Polo is just reacting to arising situation..

Have you tried daytrading coins that get listed onto exchanges? There is an app that notifies when a coin is added. http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lwbrands.android.cryptotrackerbot

16  Economy / Economics / Re: Is trading just educated guessing? on: March 31, 2018, 04:57:41 AM
I think some of the traditional traders don't like it because manipulation tactics happen in crypto that have been banned in traditional trading. They are mad because they can't use their same old algorithms to sit back and make money. The crypto market are true unchecked capitalism, which means you have to work at it every day.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: Why I am quitting ICO's on: March 27, 2018, 11:07:26 PM
I'm a software developer. I thought, wow this is a great way to pre-sell some product. Then everyone started doing ICOs and it disappoints me because I don't have a marketing team. So now all these projects are getting money for projects that aren't even possible a lot of the time. There are good teams out there making real products, but you'll have to search for them. I was developing software before any of this started and I'm going to be watching all these pump and dump ICOs make and lose money and I'll still be here making my software. If I have to go back to uber driving I will. My project will finish because it was designed and is developed by a software engineer with a project that was always possible. I don't think people should quit ICOs. I think they should just stop investing in vaporware, pump and dumps and things the blockchain doesn't matter for, like AI and virtual reality. The blockchain is for record keeping. That is what it is good at. Look for projects that do blockchainy things like record keeping and look for projects run by software engineers. All of these projects that strictly talk about how they are going to burn coins and get on exchanges are obviously garbage. If you don't have a product or a reason to have a token then it is a pump and dump. You need to have some sort of service if you are a utility or some sort of asset if you are providing a trade. Otherwise we already have crypto currencies. Stop investing in things just because you see marketing everywhere. If you treat it like a casino then you'll lose like a casino. Use your head.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you still use bitcoins if the price would be stable? on: March 20, 2018, 02:33:36 AM
If the price was stable I would use it to pay people, but I might still save my money in a bank or invest in something. It's still great for paying without worrying if paypal is going to steal your money.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: March 19, 2018, 08:01:59 AM
I think one of the biggest issues is that governments make money off of inflation and printing more money. Maybe that's not such a bad thing. Maybe the government could just have a new ICO every time they need to make more money. It wouldn't be much different, but it would still give us all of the transparency and control, and cut out some of the other middle men.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Can someone help with exchanges that are not pay-to-play? on: March 18, 2018, 07:28:19 AM
I know of EtherDelta, but are there any other exchanges that will add a token without charging a fee?

Thanks,
