I've won some penny auctions in the past but my problem with them is the sites run bots that essentially bid up the prices really aggressively and artificially inflate the prices as well as make everyone bidding spend more of their tokens. If you guys came up a way to make the bid process transparent on the blockchain this would be a killer application!

Watching this. Hit me up with a roadmap and im in!

I'm a web developer, I could help out with a website which would be a great start to getting some information out! Let me know if you have an opening for that position. I'd be happy to be paid in MPC

I really like the route mapping feature that's really quite cool. You guys really need to check it out.

It's a tricky business to get into but I think in terms of regulation, car pooling as opposed to what Uber is, is probably easier to enter the market.

Thanks for update op. Wallet is working nicely.

All working here. I'm probably one of the only people here who doesn't actually drive. But that's the whole point, for you guys to drive me! ha

Was recommended by Melds to come here, you'll definitely see me listing rides, I'm currently working for any crypto in addition to being a 'professional' uber driver. Toyota Prius ftw!
I'll chuck a few bits as well.

is the chat on Nitro working for anyone? doesn't work for me. i guess that's a "nice to have", and the sportsbook working is what really matters

having to continually delete the items from the .lottoshsares folder, just to keep the wallet in sync is not a very good option. local copy of the blockchain seems to get corrupted frequently.

forked at block 50314
my client says that i need to upgrade, or connected clients need to upgrade. good times..... **edit** i wiped everything(except the wallet.dat and peers.dat) from the .lottoshares folder, and re-built the blockchain again. i also wiped the main lottoshares folder, re-downloaded and compiled the wallet. may have been overkill on that part, but it's now sync'd up. i keep losing connection to a block source. 2 connected peers, yet can't sync up. guess i'll quit messing with my LTS and come back in a few days/weeks.

how's this for some SUCK:

Hi free trade, As I said coinExd seem strongly to be a scam, now after 1 day I still have 0 bitcoin on my balance instead of 0.15 and still no reply from the support, on the thread some people are still waiting since 4 days... You should remove it from the exchange for LTS/BTC in order to avoid newcomer like me to loose their bitcoin instead of buying LTS. If there are some donators to refund me a part in LTS, my wallet is on my signature I am not begging for donations, I should have been more carefull but it is still painfull Btw when the 1st coin mature will be available for those who will receive more than 7000 coins with a year? (I am not holder of them but I hope for a little dump when it will happen, will be a good time to buy) Thanks, Ok, thanks for the warning. CoinExd removed pending explanation of complaints against them. Vested coins will start to mature soon - block 79488 . . . estimated date 16th September . . . and mature over 1 year, or 788,400 blocks. There are approximately 60 mil LTS to mature, so we should expect a rate of approx 76 LTS per block. weren't coins obtained from PTS snapshot supposed to be maturing still? mine seem mature, and i've been able to play the dice game with them.

i pulled the peers.dat from another laptop, and now the LTS wallet on my main VM is able to sync. Wiping everything except the wallet.dat seems to have fixed my original issue of the Dice results not displaying. i even won both of my rolls and made a few LTS.
I'm kinda thinking that the re-indexing resolution should be to delete everything in the .lottoshares folder except the wallet.dat AND the peers.dat. most wallets just need the wallet saved, but since this one doesn't have a .conf file, you need to get the peer nodes from somewhere, since the wallet wasn't able to re-create them on its own.
weird stuff.....
glad i have several computers that i'm able to use for troubleshooting and wallet backups. having the extra computers for comparison, etc,... has proven invaluable on numerous occasions.

Is Lottoshares network down or something? on 3 different machines, all say No block source available.
|
|

i kept a copy of wallet.dat, and wiped everything else Lottoshares from my VM.
doing a git pull and recompile, to see if that will fix the Dice results/blockchain not updating.

where i can find dice result? i only see this on my wallet transaction : You might be off on a fork - check your checkpoints.txt to see if they are up to date, if not, try a reindex to fix. here's the latest checkpoints.txt : 47755,7191a8255bc16471a5a899feaa12c6a9a22b7e3f7f0e5b3f572f33e82b1a3078,1409619205,55bd4f36a1550bb62572ae20e7481fc13040a19539b634ab569a5c03d1018ff2 47756,8a36309e76524a0c456f7b81fbad1333eef5422564b81bc11214d0fe61ae8713,1409619250,6b7ae92b46c045d8365e074f1c7708b8ecf00b8f3594c971c3dc26a2be544eff 47757,7ef1fe5e7933d9e614d25b46f22cde1f4421ed66a0bf239aa1586b366a3fac7c,1409619264,011fce573f2c5e19ba4e57b2aed12d670c63aa7054a806545d11efd0ea9e2249 47759,5add5382ec088fc2b486e7e13eac241e98225dcfd3d138979096a22b8c61d255,1409619309,30f376f6782dbe4e40620c1fda045cee26e4b1c53576d8ef2001d976f208050c 47758,52c881124831317d45526d35ad17abeb22f0044d2e5d96bf8515db891f552782,1409619285,a43c43c11085143e8c63c05ecedb55e148792314d420a029f2ad002357f4e8b4 47760,8716cf7f5ed43ba84ada5820e2bc6443c3cb0e993fa1898624f8193d2be12719,1409619429,58b13626d67ae19f3b1e23cbf58e380c4a2e5f3304bb0f0fc0cdef382a26ffaf 47761,785fc6656351992d713b228a7151031e84f099df22d8377be86a119593fb2518,1409619475,5745bf64fc6fac1fadfe0575ea1e1fd13b68b84ccea342019afa98ddffbf9cb4 can you help tutoring me how to re-index it? same deal here. no dice results. how do i re-index? there aren't checkwallet or repairwallet commands built into the QT. i see the last modified date on my checkpoints.txt file is Sept 01 @7:11PM. i imagine that's a problem, since my attempts at the dice game were at 12:09 and 12:11AM this morning, and stops at block 47761. to fix this, should i close the wallet, delete everything except the wallet.dat, re-open wallet? i tried checking the block explorer on 42tx.com and see the lottery numbers, but don't see either of my dice tx's. they were in blocks 48291 and 48294 also, i have my wallet on linux(debian 7.6), if that makes a difference. not sure about the OP. thanks

Im surprised the price of pts has not budged. Last time around with btsx the price rocketed up and back down as anticipated. Two very interesting products but no takers?
I really don't care about the price of pts, just seems it shows a lack of interest? These two products on paper can have a very large positive effect for the crypto world. I hope they see the light of day and a minute in the spotlight instead of pow clones.
I'm surprised it hasn't exploded too. The 7 PTS I held on the Feb 18 snapshot, brought me over 3600 BTSX, which are currently valued at nearly .1BTC. That's .1BTC for FREE. Hopefully get the same return on tomorrow's snapshot. I may dump my PTS after the snapshot, and rebuy more at a lower price, in preparation for the next snapshot.
