Just as a followup to my earlier post a few posts back.  I reported my account hacked on 3/8 and have yet to receive a response (not expecting one now obviously).  However, the 8th was well before they acknowledged and started investigating a security issue on 3/16 as per their Twitter account.

Just to throw it out there, I noticed this when my account was hacked and coins manipulated (sold into BTC< but they were unable to withdraw).

I changed my password and created a ticket.  My ticket was never answered and it was many days the site was still up after I noted and reported this.

Unfortunately, if this was indeed a hack issue, it's unfortunate as there seems to have been ample oppurtunity to detect and correct the issue.

Ha!  I can't argue that and foolishly didn't even realize the huge disconnect there.  Had I not received the 1DTC I'd have understood in retrospect -- or -- had you said "hey idiot, I don't see your post or whatever".
