1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VLT | Veltor | Donar Network | Minimalism. on: May 15, 2017, 12:58:56 PM
The least that can be said about me is that I do not understand the community and that I completely underestimated the intensity of the reaction. So, for my part, I believe I should get back to doing what I know: delivering value for the project.

I want to leave you with one final thought.

Imagine we deliver a working prototype with a test network that has a lightning network that is technically clearly superior to the Bitcoin LN.
Imagine we present a road map that shows that we know exactly where we are going and how to get there.
Imagine we publish a white paper that illustrates that we know what we are doing and that the approach is groundbreaking.
Imagine we sign partnerships with some of the world leading blockchain researchers.

and no religion too...

People already lost a lot of money because of your actions. You can't right this wrong. Now go back to your cave and let us spread the word around

It isn't a loss until you sell. You shouldn't blame others for your losses when it's you pushing the buy and sell button.
FYI I have not sold anything. Cause price is so low it won't make any difference. If I had a chance to sell for 50% I would in a blink of an eye. And don't try to blame this on poor investors who were forced to sell with huge loss.
No I am telling you to blame yourself for your own actions and not the endeavours of others. If you hold you will be just fine in a few months time.
oh you are one of them.
I don't argue with you people.
I know my money is long gone, but I'm 100% certain, that profit you made will cost you 100x in a long run
You are certain about a person you have never even met before. Seems like the kind of guy that loses all his money on a coin and goes on to blame others for his mistakes.

You don't know how to read do you? I said I'm certain you won't get away with it.

Seems like 2 different sentences to me.

I'm looking to buy 2000 VLT, can anyone put in on Yobit?
Just marketbuy.

Definitely good to see the transparancy still being alive + knowing who's involved with the veltor foundation.

Time to participate in this...and you know why

Lol, you gonna try to time John's exit dump this time? Undoubtedly he's not that smart, my projection is that John injects his 200+ btc into market cap as "investor" and "market maker" (HAHAHA), once that's gone he will move back in with his parents  Grin

Honestly, that was probably the most idiotic move in the blockchain space I've ever seen. There's a good chance XVC would be more valuable than DASH right now if JC hadn't flipped out because a traded market on Polo was acting like every other traded market. I'm continually astounded at the reason he gave for rage quitting his own project (manipulative market makers) while it was 5% from All Time Highs making consistent higher highs. The market makers were on his side... It's actually a bit sickening what he did, abandoning 2 year supporters like that. It's about as close to evil as you can get in this space.

There's like a 99% chance that JC is JV and this time he mined most of his own supply of Veltor to somehow fight against market makers... The dude is brilliant, but if he would just act with basic integrity, he'd already have an incredibly successful project. And no John Connor, designing  a deliberately inferior 30 minute block time shit coin with a super high initial emission curve so you can distribute the entire supply to yourself under the pretext of a fair distribution and then switch to the actual good idea you had in a coin swap is a far cry from anything resembling integrity. Good luck though, you write good code. You are just a bad human.
You guys assume too much, way too much. It's a shame you let bias get in the way of investing in an actually good project. Your loss.

Sunday update:

Will probably publish some code soon.

J.V.
I wonder where the trolls are now. Probably sad that they couldn't accumulate more at these preposterous prices.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VLT | Veltor | Donar Network | Minimalism. on: March 27, 2017, 01:29:58 PM
The circulated supply will certainly be less after the swap. Very interesting since VLT is scarce :-)
The things occuring surrounding VLT are interesting, most interesting indeed.....

The log is growing!

uncles? you mean orphans?

No, I do mean uncles, inspired by the Ethereum approach. Flexible block times and block size has the potential to increase orphan rates, especially during periods of accelerated mining. Rewarding orphans keeps the impact of lost profits lower and at the same time adds the mining power used on orphans to the total of mining power securing the network. However, with the intention of creating the simplest possible codebase as a foundation, I decided to remove them for now.

J.V.

It has long been watching the project. It looks like a bluff with a purchased account. Many promises, little action. Screenshot easy to draw. Dev, please provide video with logs new code base that you have written in the repository. If the response to the request is not followed it will be clear that you merge your premine the maximum price manipulation using bots.

Sorry, that I knocked someone off.

Haha let the fud commence. I don't think you will be fooling anyone here.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: VLT | Veltor | Lean Blockchain & Lightning Network | on: February 12, 2017, 06:55:48 PM
so is VLT still the next pasc or naw ?

i don't think so, no real room for a pump and dump the value is already high, pascal is at 35k satoshi this has the same value, perhaps it can go as high as 100k statoshi like pascal did if it hit poloniex, but i see that this happen very rarely

You do know that pascal has like 11 times the amount of coins of VLT right?

Why is Philip here? Admin please ban Philip from this thread.
Auch that hurt....

Looks good. Will mine.
Yup good luck with that.

The log is growing!

i have some VLT on yobit. should i withdraw them to my local wallet?

how can i swap my old VLT to new VLT during coming fork if i keep them in local wallet?

There probably won't be a fork but an entirely new coin for which vlt can be exchanged in the swap. So that means the local wallet probably won't be suffering from any problems.

Looking forward too tomorrows Weekly Sunday Update! Cheesy
Very much so indeed.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [VLT] Veltor / Duplex Micropayment Channel / SegWit on: November 04, 2016, 07:58:23 PM
Would be nice if we had a block explorer which shows the stats of the blockchain properly.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [VLT] Veltor / Duplex Micropayment Channel / SegWit on: October 13, 2016, 11:23:19 AM
I have some trouble with the implementation, porting back some of the SegWit functions in to the older coinbase.
Sometimes I wish I could just start over, learned so much within the past couple of weeks.
Would have done things very differently.
Things would go much faster if I'd be working on a more modern coinbase.

J.V.

Would the integration of segwit still be possible with the current chain? Or are you just saying that things will be taking a bit longer than expected?

There is definitely some nice movement going on, I wonder how high this goes.

Would like to buy 880 vlt at a price of 7500 sats (0.067 btc)
