I got some improve on my hash rate speed. Before it usually used to work at 177Mh/s and now 188Mh/s. I did the same config for the 3 rigs I have and the total gain was 30Mh/s it is like I have gotten another GPU  However I'm gonna monitor my graph on the pool and see if I really had some gain... Let's see!!  - 17 Cards are Asus Radeon RX 580 OC 4GB - samsung memory - 1 Card is Asus Radeon RX 580 OC 4GB - elpida memory For me -strap and -rxboost were waste of time. They really increased the hash rate, but I was getting too much: "GPU #0 got incorrect share. If you see this warning often, make sure you did not overclock it too much!"So the hash rate reported by the pool decreased a little. I was using: -strap 2 -rxboost 21 And undervolting and overclocking with OverDriveNTool -cvddc 870 -mvddc 850 -cclock 1170 -mclock 2010 Too much undervolt for memory... dont touch memory voltage at all |

2 Claymore.
When i change to new version 14.6 from version 12, i noticed that i start to get some invalid shares in miner. Not a lot, maybe 5-10 from 24hrs on 7 cards rig.
But when you have 20 rigs this is a lot. I do not use any strap option or else. I do not change any overclock settings or else. All is same. I use only -rxboost option. Rigs all 'red'.
14.6 gives some invalid shares, 12 is not.
Can you check what is problem and fix it.
I fixxed it giving more core Voltage, i bet you UV is too much. Also try -asm 2 |

I have Sapphire Pulse RX 570 4GB Hynix/Elpida.
Using HiveOS with 1150 Core, 2200 Mem, 950mv, (rxboost 30, 55, 75, 100).
Tried everything, 10 different BIOS mods, I even made one click timing patch with Polaris, tried windows (compute mode) hashrate is 26.6 and that is it!
That happens on 4 same model cards, same settings. I bought them used. The guy that sold them said that he was getting around 30 mhs (before this new version of claymore) with that same BIOS.
Please someone help me.

Your 4GB Hynix ram can't handle 2200Mhz of memory clock, the max you can do with the 4GB is 2000Mhz and for many that leads to errors. Some of my 4GB can only run at 1950Mhz even. Try 2000Mhz and it should be stable and you should get 28.75Mh/s or so. If you get any hardware errors or stability issues then you need to try either 1950 or 1900Mhz. You won't ever get stable at 2200Mhz using 4GB of memory. The 8GB were the only cards which can support memory clocks that high. Exactly I can't get my rx470 4gb past 1900 or 1925 my 570's are 1950-1975 Thats your straps are too tight. Need loose straps, i run all my gpus rx470 2150+ without errors |

Hello,
I’ve tried on HiveOS to use amdmemory and set REF to 30 as recommended, however on my 570’s it doesn't Increase my hashrate, is their something else I need to do, using Claymore Dual version 14.6?

What core clocks are you running? Try to increase core when applying settings Updating to 14.6 is not necessary but i suggest you because it gave me hashrate pump too. |

Re Claymore version 14.6, why is it that the rxboost and strap will only work with SMOS (simple mining OS), and not for PiMP OS, or other Linux OS’s? Is their a tie up between Claymore and SMOS?

No there isnt. It also works in hiveOS as they added it to their latest upgrade on the 26th. It is a linux ~ ubuntu distro operating system. Upload amdmemtweak and use -- ref option its the same. |

rxboost and strap do not work in linux correct? Correct, you can use amdmemtweak or patched rxboost tool from smos, they locked to their OS by default are the values the same in smos for rxboost like in win version of Claymor? On advanced options set rxboost -i 30 and you are done |

„Rxboost“ works on every linux distro not just smos, But the command line option from claymore doesnt work in linux. |

You should discuss stuff like that publicly. I myself use Linux and didn't gain any hash with the new update. Please recommend what you want here so that others can learn from it too. i shared already everything, Core 1180 Mem 2150 Vlt 875-925 depend on GPU and IC2 Controller Samsung Elpida Hynix all are hashing the same if you using loose/slow strap and Clocks over 2150 mhz, don't forget to unlock the mem in Bios of your Card. using "rxboost" on Linux, Claymores rxboost option is not working on Linux (maybe thats your fault why you didn't gain hashrate in Linux) using -asm 2 give me another 0.2mh/s and claymore 14.6 on Linux gave me another 0.5mh/s per GPU if i boost up Core to 1250 Mhz, my Rx470 4GB and 8 GB, doing 33,7mh/s in Claymore 14.6 + "rxboost" Have a nice Day. |

Mem Clock no matter which Memory Vendor 2150 with loose straps. i am using amdmemtweak --ref settings, i installed it custom on my ethOS. and using -asm 2 rxboost from claymore 14.6 is not working on Linux, also the straps not working on linux!! |

I think there are some other improvements than hashrate. I cant approve this, i gained 0,5mh/s on each gpu on linux. Now 33mh/s on claymore like phoenixminer, but claymore outperforming phoenix on hashrate on pool by 5-8%. Great work Claymore! |

What could be the issue of only ONE rx470 in rig of 8 mining at 11ish mh/s, while the others do stable 27? This was not the case before
experiencing similar symptoms mainly on rx574 18.6.1 drivers (same is on latest one) It starts normal then from 31,5 falls to 22 mhs Only thing that helped was dialing down OC on that cards (doesn't work on all my rigs) and running relatively stable on 30.5 mhs (strap 1&2) Think its related to straps, some are tight and some lose. Your gpu s gets bottleneck,too much OC or Strap is to tight. |

Also try using -asm 2 gave me another 0.2mh/s
Tried it, actually i lose 0.15 Mhs per card Did you autotune -dcri wirh -asm 2 ? There will be new dcri values |

Because of your mem errors your strap i bet yourstrap is to tight,i run 2150 without any error up to 2200
Don't think anyone is denying your claim. Some cards get a very small gain (0.2Mhs) Most of miners use 1 click patch so these straps are the most used, the best result I can get on 6x584 rig is 194,2Mhs Care to share your strap for Samsung? Yes the one click timings are very tight ones...
