3.3.   Any participant’s doing found insulting to other persons, degrading honor and dignity as well as deliberate distribution of information that is untrue or discrediting the reputation of the Coinberry project, authors or other participants, results in the immediate exclusion of the participant (disqualification). Any negative created in Telegram chats or bounty campaigns can also lead to ban and disqualification from the campaign. Any displeasure with the campaign should be addressed directly to the campaign manager via Telegram. 3.4. Multiple accounts usage, attempts to cheat or falsify result in disqualification.
3.5. In two weeks upon token sale completion, the CBRY tokens will be transferred to the participants per formula: (Whitelist registration+Telegram registration+Referral)
3.6. CoinBerry and Bounty Manager may correct program conditions at any time within Bounty period.
3.7. Spam is strictly prohibited. Participants who will be discovered in publishing spam or in case of receiving spam notifications or complaints will be disqualified.
3.8. Registration to bounty can be finished when a certain number of participants is reached.
3.9. CoinBerry may terminate bounty campaign at any time. E.g., all tokens have been sold, all sections closed, and bounty tokens are distributed per earned stakes upon completion of the campaign.

3.12. Decisions by Team of Authors and Bounty Manager are final.

Правила проведения баунти-кампании CoinBerry:
1.   Общие условия
Общее количество токенов CoinBerry составляет 2,000,000 CBRY
100 CBRY = 1 ETH.
На проведение баунти кампании направляется 1 % от общего числа токенов.

2.6. Отчеты по кампании Telegram не требуются.

При возникновении вопросов, касающихся нашего проекта, не стесняйтесь спрашивать: команда авторов CoinBerry регулярно находится в группе Телеграм и с радостью ответит на Ваши вопросы.
3.   Правила для кампании
3.1.   Убедитесь, что понимаете концепцию проекта и платформу CoinBerry. В дальнейшей работе, лучше всегда переспросить кого-либо из членов команды, нежели действовать наобум.
3.2.   Запрещается упоминать о баунти в ходе выполнения кампании.
3.3.   Любое поведение участника, признанное оскорбительным по отношению к другим лицам, унижающее честь и достоинство, а также намеренное распространение информации, несоответствующей действительности или порочащей репутацию проекта Coinberry, авторов или других участников, приводит к незамедлительному исключению участника из программы (дисквалификация). Любой негатив, созданный в чатах Telegram или баунти-кампании, может также привести к бану и дисквалификации из кампании. Любое неудовольствие кампанией адресуйте менеджеру кампании в Telegram, в соответствии с интересами других участников и по согласованию с командой авторов, решение может быть принято в Вашу пользу.
3.4. Использование мультиаккаунтов, любые попытки жульничества и махинаций во время выполнения баунти-кампаний приводят к дисквалификации.

3.5. В течение двух недель после завершения токенсейла, участникам будут выплачены токены CBRY согласно формулы: (Регистрация Whitelist+регистрация Телеграмм чат+реферал)
3.6. CoinBerry и баунти-менеджер оставляют за собой право корректировать условия кампании в течении срока её проведения
3.7. Спам строго запрещен. Пользователи, которые публикуют спам, будут дисквалифицированы, равно как и при получении жалобы от администраторов соответствующих ресурсов.
3.8. При достижении определенного количества участников мы можем приостанавливать регистрацию в кампаниях.
3.9. CoinBerry оставляет за собой право прекратить кампанию баунти в любой момент. Например, если все токены распроданы, все баунти закрываются, и заработанные токены будут рассчитываться согласно долей на момент завершения кампании.
3.10. Начисление токенов будет производиться спустя две недели по завершении токенсейла.
3.11. Если участник желает прекратить свое участие в какой-либо секции, то ему/ей необходимо проинформировать об этом баунти менеджера в отчете по завершении отчетной недели, в противном случае, баунти-менеджер не гарантирует сохранение долей выбывающего участника. Дисквалифицированный участник не получает токены ни при каких обстоятельствах.
3.12. Решения команды авторов и менеджера кампании баунти являются окончательными.
3.13. Номер кошелька ETH участника не может быть изменен.
3.14. Не приступайте к выполнению каких-либо заданий кампании до получения уведомления о вашем утверждении в качестве ее участника, если иное не указано ниже.
3.15. Каждый покупатель токена, записавшийся в Whitelist, будет иметь возможность, на свое усмотрение, указать источник, на котором он узнал о проекте CoinBerry. Со стартом первых продаж в рамках pre-ICO, каждый покупатель, оплативший забронированные токены, перешедший по реферальной ссылке или указавший источник, имеющий отношение к зарегистрированному участнику баунти-кампании CoinBerry, инициирует вступление этого участника в программу специального поощрения.
3.16. Итоговое распределение токенов данной секции осуществится по завершению кампании мини баунти, согласно процентному вкладу каждого участника. Ведомость предназначена исключительно для сведения, расчет будет производиться на итоговом результате продаж.
