Why is there such a long delay for a pool?

I'm only getting 4 MH/s with a 970 mining ETH on Windows 10. I've tried several drivers including 347.52 which everyone swears by, but it doesn't work with Minergate for me. GPU isn't available to mine with when using that driver. I should be getting at least 10 MH/s. Does anyone know if it's a problem with Windows 10 or do I need a certain driver that I haven't tried? If anyone can help me I'll give you some BTC.

I know I spent more time on this faucet than I would do on others because of the small claims. I had some referrals that helped out as well.

I was paid today. I see you also changed the rewards. Can you also change the min withdraw to match the new rewards? 500k is way too high for the current payout.
