I think world government can kill crypto if crypto in value harm world. but I do not think the world government will kill the crypto even though there are currently some state governments that have not legalized crypto.

Bitcoin and litecoin can not be compared. bitcoin is better than litecoin. bitcoin is the foundation of litecoin emerging. but for investment, I prefer litecoin because the price is still I can reach.

Could happen, up and down the price of crypto is a common thing. the fall in price of crypto is a nightmare for the holders. but you do not need to worry if you want to be patient wait until the market price back up.
