1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PhoenixMiner 2.6: fastest Ethereum/Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Windows) on: February 28, 2018, 06:04:52 PM
wow.  Well im getting the popcorn Smiley  You people might want to consider saving a copy before it disappears if you really like the program... such drama much wow

No drama and I'm not going to try to remove this miner thread. In fact, this miner is not 100% crack, its author spent some efforts and created own wrapper around my kernels. But people at least must know about the source of GPU kernels that are used here, this guy did not write them.

At least the PM did it better than Claymore 11+
And most importantly, he is not greedy like you.
With PM I get a good and stable speed.

@PhoenixMiner:

you use my GPU kernels in your "fastest" miner, 100% match of binaries. I can prove it if you are not going to confirm it.
So do you confirm it?

I cant confirm if this is true, but Phoenix Miner is genuinely more stable than Claymore and I do get slightly more shares.
I think Claymore is great software but after a certain period mining, 1% fees for solo kinda grates, its extortionate in fact. Consequently, like you say in your readme "if you dont like the fees, dont use it" - I'm doing exactly that.

Thanks for you opinion and for registering on this forum just to say that, you are free to use any miner of course.
I just want the confirmation from the author of this software that he dumped my AMD GPU kernels and uses them in his miner.

how same kernels if pheonixminer is faster?

I completely agree

Hello Claymore and all,

I have a problem with my new rigs of 580 :
The -cvddc command has no influence. The voltage stay the same for all cards.

W10 64 bit, drivers blockchain, I tried claymore v9.7, 10.6 and 11.1.
Tried on 2 rigs with two different VGA card models.

My rigs with rx470 and 570 have no problem, same versions of windows and drivers.

For information, the rx x70 are on old motherboards but the new rigs are on 1151.

thanks

Claymore is now busy.
Look for it here PhoenixMiner

DO NOT download this unless you want to try it in an isolated PC, it's posted from a new account with a fishy name.

1 The app is completely safe
2 Source code https://github.com/Demion/nodevfee
3 Added sample files
4 DevFee = 0%

It's not good to blame an innocent person

Release the source code then. Closed source binaries are never welcome from new users.

In any case, the prosecution needs evidence

Prove that you are not guilty and this is not a keylogger. Release the source or gtfo.

Why are you posting a mega link when you can post the Github link directly then? Fishy it seems.  Don't download this folks, probably will steal your coins.

Has anybody tried that?

I use more than 10 days.
NoDevFee + PhoenixMiner 2.6

Pnoneix fee is just 0.65%

In total, it turns out 50$/month DevFee (10 Rig).
And I think it's a big payment.
Very expensive soft

Lol, created a new account just to shill this scam?

The only truly working scam-free builds are demion's, the newest test versions can be found here:

We must have misunderstood each other.
