The idea is that I want to participate in Bounty Programs.
I saw people that are translating websites.To do this shouldn't you to put the website link in html or something?
I don't know if I explain good.
For example I saw text in images translated from english in indonesian. For this I think the user used Adobe Photoshop to do this.
I am right?
My question is: to translate a website you don't need any software to put html codes there?
