Is there anyone who is in the same situation just like me?
I sent some tokens to my EOS wallet in Yobit. And I tried to exchange to Bitcoin there, but they showed me the message.
Its quite a lot of amount for myself.

Wallet status: Maintenance
It has been 2 weeks. I send 2 requests to the support to get my wallet work as normal. And I received no reply from them.
Could I have any advice about this?
Or if there's anyone who is having same experience like me?
