Wanted to share this with everyone in case it's any help.
This is an adapted shell script for Lattis_'s CoinURL Bot, Mac or Linux v[1.0] Found here
To use this script bash must be installed on the computer.
Git-Bash or cygwin are recomended.

Usage:
-h - show help message and exit
-u <uuid> - specify unique user id
-l <number of times> - limit the number of times the script will loop (default: 10000)
-b <browser> - browser to open the links in (default: default browser)
I have found it best to run from Windows Powershell to start the script.
Example usage: coinURL.sh -u 52a7b18171d6e788813656 -l 10 -b chrome

I have packaged the script in a zip with curl which is also required, keep the script and the curl.exe and curl.sh files in the same place.
