The website needs some attention to get these links updated. It should be updated to point directly to the GitHub releases, as they're always going to be more up to date.

For the swing wallet, here's the link:

As of this post, 0.71.3b is the latest release -- which bundles hush 1.0.13 (for clarity: Swing wallet is the UI, hush is the core node software)

You don't see this post on the page before this one, from 5 days ago, including major fixes and improvements to the core node software?

It doesn't seem to have been posted to this forum yet, but there was also a Swing wallet update (including a new version for Mac OS) released 2 days ago. It was at least announced on Twitter.
