1  Local / Primeros pasos y ayuda / Re: Minar Bitcoin on: July 19, 2020, 07:50:03 PM

Solo vienes a rajar!
Y con esto ya te digo,
Que el mérito consigo!
3  Local / Primeros pasos y ayuda / Re: Como consigos meritos? para postear imagenes? on: July 17, 2020, 09:57:22 PM
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][COMB] Haircomb - Quantum proof, anonymity and more on: November 12, 2019, 12:01:43 AM
Sorry If I am missunderstanding anything. I was about to send some comb to a friend of mine. Just as the whitepaper says, I had to pay 546 satoshi to each of these 21 numbers. This plus the fees makes the transaction fees too high.

How can that scale? Am I missing something? How are we going to get a functional faucet?
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: is it still profitable? How many rigs do the big boys still have... on: November 21, 2018, 07:46:41 AM
I have 26 GPU. Nvidia and amd mixed.  I pay 0.12€/kwh and still profitable for me. However I had to improve my GPUs efficiency by undervolting even more. I always do my research and go for promising coins.

You deserve the title of "i don't know what the hell i'm talking about". If -$0.03 is profitable for you per day per gpu then i really have no idea.

https://whattomine.com/coins/151-eth-ethash?utf8=%E2%9C%93&hr=30.0&p=130.0&fee=2.0&cost=0.12&hcost=0.0&commit=Calculate

As I said, Im mining new coins and I have big undervolt.

You deserve the title of "I don't know to read"

As I posted in past:

Yes, It's still profitable.

PoW won't ever become unprofitable*. If that ever happens then people would stop mining. This would lead to difficulty decrease which would make mining profitable again!

Asics and FPGAs are not a big problem as developers are making new mining algorithms every day! It's good to have a versatile hardware for new coins.

*However you'll have to update your hardware as hardware is always improving...

To be honest I really like cryptocurrencies and the concept of proof of work. I don't think I'll ever stop mining. If market crashes like It's happening I'll just do more research.

Anyway If you don't really like wasting your time on mining maybe you shouldn't mine. (at a moment like this)
7  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why I haven't merited some 0 merit members on: November 21, 2018, 06:03:05 AM
Old system was unfair... To be honest I did some shitposting in order to rank up... But I noticed now you need merit. While I find this annoying, It's the best way to prevent spam. It is also hard for newbies since they are not into crypto and don't really understand what to do.

I thank your work because having 0 merit is very annoying, but I think you should continue your regular posting instead of seeking for us. Actually It's our job to improve ourselves. This way eventually anyone will get merit. Anyone who truly loves this forum and crypto will eventually get merit from someone.

And by the way It would be so kind if you gave me 1 merit, but I don't know if I deserve It Tongue

9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: does ethereum end? on: November 17, 2018, 07:13:59 AM
I don't think so. Smart contracts are really useful, and ethereum is by far the smart contracts platform with more adoption. There are plenty of use cases.

I think after sharding is succesfully implemented we will see ethereum shine.

11  Local / Esquina Libre / Re: El "Despacito" del Bitcoin on: November 17, 2018, 06:26:07 AM

What about those using SMOS? Do we have to wait for adoption from SMOS on the new CCMINER?
You should manually compile the miner and then run It. But It wont be controlled by web interface.

If you want this, I recommend you to switch over hiveOS. With this OS you can add custom miners.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining with a Laptop? on: September 27, 2018, 01:24:28 AM
I say go for It!

Laptops usually have a good efficiency. Even if It's not profitable It would be fun to try It.

Your CPU should be good at cryptonight lite V1. I recommend you JCE miner. Take a look at aeon, turtlecoin and plenteum. You can mine these cryptos with your CPU.

19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / How do make a cluster of oDroids? on: September 02, 2018, 07:26:34 PM
I want to build a cluster of odroids. I know profitability is really small, but price and power consumption is low too! I still want to try this!

Which odroid gives the best hashrate/watt?
And which one gives the best hashrate/BTC spent?
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Games using cryptocurrencies? on: June 24, 2018, 06:29:08 AM
Do you know any game which actually uses cryptocurrency? I saw a lot of coins which promise this, but usually It ends up in being scams.

Games are for fun, but It would be more satisfying to have a valuable currency for games.
