I unlocked it.
Recently, my account has been changed by the hacker password and mail account bitcointalk.
Specifically, I received a message from this forum.

And I clicked on the link and locked the account.
I have read through to reopen the account but in my profile there is no Bitcoin address link, but I have the Location link: ETH address and I have the link to the website. In this case, I need to authenticate how to reopen my account.
