They're buying a name, a rank, possibly a trust score, and now merits that they didn't earn

So what did I buy? Newbie rank? 0 trust score? Default merit that wasn't even implemented yet in times when I returned on forum again? You should atleast to check that I got all ranks starting in 2017, when returned in cryptocurrency. And of course, Newbie accounts with 15 posts are the sweety target for "hackers" like me. Your conclusions look like completely brain dead and disgusting. I would not explain why did I stop mining on my desktop PC in 2011 and left cryptocurrency for a while till it became a world trend in 2017 because as I see, no one cares about it and I don't feel such necessity. False conclusions of random guy are much more important for everyone than proofs somehow, he is calling someone scammer/hacker and ruin accounts due to his owns "pretty clear". I hope this lawlessness will be stopped asap and you will be excluded from DT list once again due to such absurd.

2. Is intentional slander a crime? I mean, intentional blaming of a person in something that he didn’t commit and inflicting moral suffering because of that is a crime, isn’t it? In most countries, it IS a crime.

You really have no business citing law if you don't understand a simple concept like slander.

Do you talk about defamation (libel)? OK. I fixed it.

Greetings everyone!

I would like to ask people to express their opinion about the interesting situation I had recently. The reputable member with the nickname «The Pharmacist» blamed me in some dirty things, the results of this indictment you can see in my trust section.

I understand that there is a privileged group of people who can do whatever they want and never be punished. They never apologize to people who were offended or injured by them. But it is very unpleasant and disgusting for me.

I thought this forum is about blockchain and cryptocurrencies - what means independence and decentralization, but both those principles are ruined by few members like Pharmacist, that mark everyone as scammers with their own purpose and own assumptions.

Forum accounts are been ruined every day because Pharmacist dislikes someone's posts or make absurd conclusions. I would like to ask DT1 trust members or admins to stop this lawlessness. Why may such individuals ruin single accounts with their own assumptions that don't have anything related to rules? There are moderators to check posts quality and "report moderator" button to show the violations. If you believe that such Pharmacists are doing well I guess their own rules and assumptions should be stated in public rules FOR EVERYONE, not for some unlucky users only.

There is no even any possibility to appeal about such kind of outrage. If Pharmacist believes that my English isn't good enough to be a member of Bitcointalk I will be always shown as scammer and thief. That's quite stupid, hello!

I also would like to hear your opinion about the whole situation:

1. Do you believe in the presumption of innocence? If the fault of the person is not proven, then the person is not guilty. As a result of this, if there is no evidence that I'm a hacker or scammer, I am honest person, by definition. If no, so mark everyone as red and ask to prove your honesty to Pharmacist, lol.

2. Is intentional slander defamation (libel) a crime? I mean, intentional blaming of a person in something that he didn’t commit and inflicting moral suffering because of that is a crime, isn’t it? In most countries, it IS a crime.

3. What exact rules of this forum were violated by me? I understand, that «The Pharmacist» thinks he is the law, however, I have a doubt about it. Is the fact that I wasn’t active on a forum for a couple of years says that I suddenly became a bad (untrusted) person? I am not so crazy to hack useless account with 15 messages and then go path to Full Member, WTF???

4. Is expressing own thoughts prohibited? Even if it is three words stupid joke or something like this? Does bitcointalk.org country have a freedom of speech? Does it have a censorship? Does it support the infringement of human rights?

5. Is power abuse a sufficient ground to fire a person from the position that is too hard for him to handle? Why no one cares about it??? What if tomorrow he will dislike - you, your english, your thoughts or your time spent on forum?
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mt Gox BTC sale imminent. Is this the beginning of the real bear market? on: April 26, 2018, 05:37:52 PM
As far as I know, it's about 16,000 BTС. And the network immediately appeared a message to prevent an ambiguous interpretation of this sale.

"Following consultation with cryptocurrency experts, I sold BTC and BCC, not by an ordinary sale through the BTC/BCC exchange, but in a manner that would avoid affecting the market price, while ensuring the security of the transaction to the [greatest] extent possible,"

This is direct quote from Mt. Gox Trustee Kobayashi. As you can see, this transaction can not affect the course of Bitcoin in any way.

This is a good information about mt gox dumping all they possessed in a manner that shall have no effect on the course of the btc price movement but as good as that may sound; do you have any link to proof the authenticity of your claim ?

Are you kidding me? I gave you an authentic speech. Copy words into the Google search or whatever you use there and find hundreds of sources.Choose any of them.

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: future?? on: April 26, 2018, 12:24:46 PM
The author decided in one topic to write all the spam questions of this forum. I think that you yourself know the answers to these questions. The mechanism has long been launched. And according to all indicators, it is not going to die.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why invest in altcoin? on: April 20, 2018, 03:13:49 PM
Firstly, when investing in cryptocurrencies, you can remain incognito. Secondly, it is one of the most profitable industries to date. And thirdly, I really like the idea of new developments.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ALTCOINS going green! on: April 20, 2018, 02:52:42 PM
Everybody waited so long for a revival in the market. Now for a few start trading. I see how the supply grows, so does demand. I hope this will last long enough, as not all coins still show a good value. But the loss is reduced every day.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 promising altcoins you invested? on: April 20, 2018, 02:49:17 PM
Well, I will not be original and call the coins that really deserve attention. This is a constant exchange of altcoins - bitcoin and vice versa.

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can blockchain change financial industry? on: April 20, 2018, 02:44:03 PM
If the concept of the blockchain spreads to all industries, I think there will be unemployment. Since this technology can solve many tasks for which human resources are being attracted at the present time. Unequivocally, people will need to re-qualify and keep pace with the times.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: in 2020 wich one will be higher bitcoin or ethereum ? on: April 20, 2018, 02:38:46 PM
If the issue is in value relative to fiat, then it will be bitcoin. If you ask in the percentage of growth, then most likely it will be Ether. However, 2 more years ahead and everything can change dramatically.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do i have good coins or need to get others? it makes me feel insecure on: April 20, 2018, 02:07:04 PM
About half of these coins, I have never even heard. However, if you invested in them, it means that you studied them thoroughly enough. If you came to the conclusion that they are promising and profitable, then ОК. If you bought them simply because they liked you or you heard some rumors, then I would transfer investments in more famous coins.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pornhub has started accepting crypto on: April 20, 2018, 02:03:03 PM
Well, I think that there will be a lot of jokes about this. However, the popularization of Vergе will grow. I think this is good news. With the observance of incognito, I think there will be no special problems. You can have a separate purse and keep only Vergе exclusively for such needs.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not every blockchain project has a good future on: April 20, 2018, 01:59:32 PM
Unfortunately, it's true. I do not know if the attempt to regulate ICО will solve this problem. Most likely this will remove the bulk of the scammers. But projects that are real, but absolutely unpromising in nature will remain. I'm sometimes just amazed at how these projects can collect millions of dollars? How?
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth to join airdrop? on: April 20, 2018, 01:46:56 PM
Yes, you can join the airdrops. Free coins are really distributed to all comers. But I will give you 2 councils. First, do not give your main mail, as there will be a lot of spam, and create a separate purse for the airdrops. It will be a lot of coins worth $ 0.3 .... maybe $ 3. Do not clog your main wallets.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what exactly are we waiting for? on: April 20, 2018, 01:42:10 PM
Everybody is waiting for a big capitalization. That is increasing confidence, the entrance of large investors. Probably the regulation of ICOs. Since at the moment it's just a bunch of scammers and 10% normal good projects.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about TRON/TRX on: April 20, 2018, 01:34:42 PM
Tron is one of those smaller altcoins that is getting pumped a lot so it has good short term potential for making a quick big profit out of it. there are also a lot of hardcore bagholders of this coin which makes it easier to dump after each pump because they don't dump and you have enough time to make a move so it is a very optimal choice for traders these days.

I completely agree with you. This is one of the most popular coins for making quick money. Many only with the sale and purchase of this coin make not a bad profit. However, you need to have experience in trading, so as not to lose. In the long run, no one advises keeping a large amount in your purse for a long time.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Do You Think of These Alts on: April 20, 2018, 12:36:19 PM
Yes, these are uniquely cool projects with a great future and prospects. I do not know how many X they will bring, but this is a potentially lucrative investment. Very profitable. Bitcoin is certainly good. But huge profits can be obtained only at a price of 30,000 and above. And it will not be soon. And these projects will show their growth pretty soon.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shall I buy ETH? on: April 20, 2018, 12:30:40 PM
This is an eternal problem of choice, probably the same as deciding what was the first - chicken or egg. Buy both Ether and bitcoin. Since no one will tell you the only correct solution. Now it's Ether, but tomorrow its bitcoin. Divide the investment.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best way to earn money on: April 20, 2018, 12:23:35 PM
I chose the option to invest and hold. The biggest earnings are not social bounties, but the company's signature. They last for a long time, then payments are expected for a long time. Simultaneously, you can participate in only one company. Therefore, it can be called a stable pay, well, relatively stable. But not a quick method of enrichment.
