Got the money transfer, all went really fast once support got to me.

Dec 20: Things are looking good, I should get the funds early next week.

Dec 19: Cavirtex says that the payment got cleared on the 28th, the bank still says they didn't receive anything.

Been over 20 days since my bank withdrawal got accepted and I still didn't get the money, but lost the btc.

20 days later and still nothing.

I've been calling them everyday but their phone lines are closed/busy.

I needed the money for the holydays, I guess that I will try VoS for a withdrawal. Hopefully, I will get some money before the weekend.

Still nothing, it's not looking good for me.

is there anything I need to do or just wait?

I've requested a bank withdrawal 10 business days ago.
The transfer got accepted on the 28 of november. The confirmation email said that I should be getting my funds within 3 to 5 days.
I sent them a ticket, waiting on their answer.
Should I be worried?
