Yeah, it's true. They officially decleared it on their social platforms.There will be 50% discount if you pay with BERRY tokens for other services on Rentberry platform. It's cheaper even now. Actually peoples are not aware of the tokens systems yet i believe that's why Rentberry is promoting the token system as well as proving fiat 50% discount to token holders for paying rents. |

Rentberry is not website which only classifies ads like most of its competitors like Craigslist, Zillow, Rightmove etc. It's a close-loop rental platform which fulfills all the rental tasks in one place: • Searching for properties;• Making offers / bids via the Rentberry auctioning platform;• Screening prospects;• Selecting the best / most suitable candidates;• Negotiating the terms;• Unlocking rental security deposits;• E-signing contracts;• Paying rent;• Submitting maintenance requests;• Hiring third-party service providers (e.g., handymen and plumbers); and• Enabling landlords to stay connected with tenants. |

I am sure Rentberry will surpass many of its competitors. Millennials are now the largest demographic group in the U.S., surpassing previous generations. The overwhelming majority of them choose to rent rather than buy. Additionally, this generation is innovative and tech-savvy. Therefore, they will increasingly turn to Rentberry.
Rentberry needs more advertising. Even among my acquaintances there was little who heard about the project. It was a good proposal to spread the information about the platform in our social networks. I think it can bring its result. I guess they want to say that they are trying to rethink the whole process of long term rental. And nobody is using blockchain technology though it’s surely is future tech. Rentberry is already active platform and it works great if you ask me. |

In the addition to above, I have heard most of the users are really waiting for implementing the crowdsourced security deposit system. I am looking forward to earning on that technology myself as well  Crowdfunding is less risky than investing in the stock market, that’s why everyone should wait till Rentberry implements it. Maybe you're right. In Crowdfunding all the same, the funds are returned in full to the participants, if the project does not gain enough of them. Participation in ICO carries more serious risks. But it's up to everyone. |

Hello, We are the first closed-loop rental platform. Platforms like Zillow is just the website including simple classified ads. Here are some key benefits for landlords: - Landlord benefits will include the ability to list any property on the platform with a specified asking price and include detailed information on the given rental unit. - All rental applications will be collected in a user-friendly format with the option to accept or reject any application with a single click. - Quick information exchange: e-signing rental agreement, online open house scheduling, instant messages between landlords and tenants - As Rentberry evolves, the platform will allow tenants and landlords to rate each other by submitting reviews, and will also allow both parties to assess each other by reference to those reviews and an immutable record of rental activity stored on the blockchain. - All payments on the platform will be executed in BERRY tokens. Landlords will be able to collect rent in BERRY tokens seamlessly and securely and use it for other services on the platform (property promotion, utility services, participation in crowdsourced security deposits). With tenants everything is clear - they can use their berries for rent. But I would like to know about the mechanism of profit-making by the lessor for more details. I suggest to spread awareness about this project, form a team that will do the promotion or launch a promotional bounty program in various social media sites, a very good and lucrative project like this needs to be advertise more in order to attract more that will adopt this awesome project.
