@Marto, could you please take a look at order DZEZQXBKO from 2013-11-08, payed via PayPal? Is is in status Payment accepted since the day it was ordered.

I know it's selected for custom shipping, but i never got any feedback on what to do / how to proceed

I did order back in November one nanofury, just to test it out. Still waiting on it. As per their page, it is in "payment accepted" state.. since November. Mail communication is not their best side, i must say, as i never got any reply on one of my 4-5 mails sent.

Oh well, perhaps Santa can do something this time of year..

I'm honestly in the same situation as you. Only, my order was for one nanofury, which was made in November. Payed via paypal, was suppose to be ready for November shipments. Then it was for December. Then nothing

So far, i sent like 4-5 mails, asking about the status, and on their page, it's listed only as "Payment accepted".

I've had no luck, though, from what i see, they have too many orders, and not enough people to process everything. Hardly there is a minute or 2 to answer any email, or have some update

Oh well, maybe Santa will do something about that this year.
