Finally the deposit problem was solved. 24 days later. After opening a ticket for the quality of coinexchange.io. it was resolved in less than 48 hours. I hope that anyone who has had this problem has managed to solve. Thanks for everything.

I have been having the same problem since February 14th. It is higher than 0.5ETH and they answered the same. In the end they said they could recover but would have a cost of 10% . Despite feeling something suspicious I replied to accept. I already answered 15 days and so far without any forecast response .... has anyone gone through at least and recovered at least 90%?
