Is btc-e support skype  Real btc-e.support or is this another scam?

I canont withdraw some amount of btc-e that i want to deposit in crispty,it is saying that i need to veryfy on meil but nothing's coming,its also saying that my meil isnt confirmd and that i canot confirm it now becouse 24h passed,wich is sily cuz i am working with my acc/meil on btce for long time,what is happening...? 

What is happening to these coins,and other on btce, its like they droppd and they aint rising at all,i bought alot of ftc at 0.00049 and alittle xpm at 0.0046 should i dump now,and be in some minus,or should i wait for them to rech half or top of what they were
