1  Economy / Reputation / Re: 2 alt accounts (sr.member & legendary) on: February 22, 2019, 05:27:18 PM
Hi guys, i just wanna share some info regarding about a certain member here that has two accounts (sr. member & legendary). I wanna know who I can approach to  and im going to represent him/her the evidences i had that these two account were own by only one person.
There might have multiple accounts of a lot of people here. Here the important thing is to accuse if there is anything abuse eg: bounty, merit, trust, scam etc? If there is no abuse then there should have no problem.

im looking more into it, the connections, the abuse and everything.

6  Economy / Economics / Re: ECONOMIC ANALYSIS/RESEARCH POLL: Cryptocurrency replacing fiat in the future? on: November 03, 2018, 08:03:26 PM
Yes, cryptocurrencies will replace fiat. Cryptocurrencies has been the talk of most people and some were just hearing it and yet to involved but once everyone got a knowledge about cryptocurrencies then maybe government will look into it and may decide to use it as a way of payments or make it officially a currency.

Sorry lads, don't yell at me,I am back. And I got a question.

Question: What is BIP 174? (Its gonna be out for bitcoin 0.17.0 version)

BIP 174 has been created to only helps for signing and creating on a chain transactions. It also acts as a transaction that dont need to be broadcast yet on a bitcoin network.

This is just a start and you upper ranks already criticizing us for making some senseful topic.

You have been here for 6 months, but have never earned a merit, which means you don't know what constitutes a meritorious post. It also means you've never awarded a merit. You've never partaken in any of the many, many discussions regarding the merit system up until this point. You have zero insight in to the merit system, but within hours of it removing your raison d'etre, you show up with a frankly ridiculous suggestion to change it in your favor so you can continue your bounty spamming.

The criticism is warranted.

It isnt our fault if we post our bounty reports because it was in every rule of the campaign.

Right. Because the only option available to you is to flood the forum with your bounty spam. There's no way you could just, you know, not do that.

Different types of people are here in this forum, some were still student that only take this forum as a part time job in doing bounty, they cant focus that too much because of study and also they were still learning about bitcoin and cryptocurrency. It takes too much time to have a knowledge about it the same with being in this forum especially in meta where we still in the process of learning. Im here now in meta because this is the hot topic right now.

Wanna ask you? what is really merit? how can someone earn a merit? Just because its my first time to post in meta it does means that i have no rights to be merited at all? Insane.

Every posts of all the members in these forum will be monitored by the moderators in every topic. All those "bounty reports and related to it, those non-sense one/two liners, off-topics, super poor english grammar and so on and so forth will be counted as POSTS but it wont be included and counted as an ACTIVITY, and each rank for example, just an example Jr. Member needs at least 30 activities, Member needs 70, Full Member needs 160 bla bla bla.

Im suggesting to bring back the old type of ranking system but this time the posts of every members of the forum should be monitored first before it can be converted into "ACTIVITY"
Moderators try their best to maintain the forum from getting spammed, but they can't monitor every post that everyone makes here everyday that's impossible. We even have the report to moderator button and that's not enough to maintain the spam.

The requirement was enforced because there's too much spam caused by Jr members. Going back to the old merit requirement won't stop the spam.  Your suggestion doesn't help curb the spam it would just discourage spammers to spam in the altcoin boards and move to a different board for their posts to get counted.

Commended and appreciated. A very well said opinion that isnt biased nor criticizing. Not disrespecting my post at all. Thank you mate.

Given that this is your first ever post on meta, and it just so happened to come on the same day that you lost the ability to spam the forum with your bounty campaign, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and call this a poorly disguised beg for merit.

Regardless, it would be far too much work for the mods. Additionally, if we did have the man power to manually review every post before it was posted, why would we let the spam through but remove its activity? Why would we not just trash all the spam before it was ever posted?

Yeah it was my first and arent you happy with that? This is just a start and you upper ranks already criticizing us for making some senseful topic. Didnt you ever started to have post for the first time in meta? Everyone has started with first and this might goes on. These people always hating on bounty hunter, why dont you guys remove the bounty campaign at all? It isnt our fault if we post our bounty reports because it was in every rule of the campaign.

Im just suggesting sir.
12  Other / Meta / New Ways of Ranking System (Suggestions Only) on: September 18, 2018, 01:57:56 AM
Hello Guys. I have been thinking about this for awhile, merit system is kinda good so that many members in here will strive to write or reply a non-shit posts and also to avoid those account farming but merit system has it flaws because a lot of members here were merit-farming although we have some members here too monitoring those ill-activities but still ,it isnt enough. I have this idea about ranking system without the help of merit. It goes like this.

Im just suggesting. Long live bitcointalk.org God bless to all and thanks

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Cryotocurrency gives you excitement? on: August 21, 2018, 09:00:00 PM
everyday after i woke up the first thing i look is my folio, on how's my tokens/coin are doing. how about you guys, how cryptocurrency thrills you?

cryptocurrency:

bounties
campaigns
investments
folio
coins/tokens
trading
projects
etc...

cryptocurrencies is really something, it was like a drugs, something like an adrenaline rush, everytime i look at the value of my coins my heart beats faster but this is just normal i guess, maybe if we could be like this for so long, it will just become normal.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think that the current situation will overcome soon? on: August 21, 2018, 02:15:10 PM
We all are waiting for a revolution like the last year. I believe this it will happen and I am also waiting. Traders and investors are eagerly waiting for this. At the end of this year, Bitcoin will hit at least $25k and Eth will hit $5k and I can't think anything without it anymore. This revolution is badly needed in this bearish situation.

What is your point about it?
Please share

this bearish crypto market will recover faster than it was dipping deep down, as we can all see, most prices were down double but it will be up triple once the bull run comes and i believe that this end of the year we can see all the altcoins have a very much uprising in prices.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could Ethereum survive without ICOs? on: August 21, 2018, 02:06:31 PM
ICO scams are really hurting Ethereum's price and reputation, and it's very high likely that we will never see same volatility of ICO investments (like in 2017) again because of these ICO scammers.

Let's imagine that ICO investing is now over or it's very minimum compared to what it was before. Of course there could be other types of projects on Ethereum blockchain besides ICOs but their effect on ETH:s price would be minimal, and this could mean that ETH would be only used as a store of value like Bitcoin. Could ETH survive this outcome and some day still recover it's price back to 1000 usd?

yeah maybe there a little impact on ethereum side but this doesnt mean that they wont survive this obstacle, ethereum has been here and its proven for how many years and it will only go strong as years to come it was jut this year isnt the year of ethereum.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why ICOs fail on: August 21, 2018, 02:03:26 PM
There are many ICOs out there, but more than 50% of them fail.
From my analogy, could this be the reasons why ICOs fail?
1. Being too complicated:
If you want investors to favour your ICO, make sure they understand your coin offering. Be concise yet interesting, creative yet not too ‘techy’ and try to explain concepts from scratch. Of course, the detail you go into is likely to depend on your target audience.
2. No unique Use case and lack of creativity:
The reality is, ICOs are not straightforward and with new ideas and concepts arising daily, you need to get noticed and that means coming up with some unique Use case
So, before a developer even attempts to launch an ICO or enter the crypto world, ask yourself: "What will make investors choose this particular ICO over a competitor’s ICO?"
I believe the list continues.

investors nowadays were so hesitant to invest in any ico because they are afraid that this might just be a scam ico anyway. this is why a lot of icos were failing. all they need to do is to have a partnership first before launching an ico so that they can attract some investors.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time To Sell Alts For Bitcoin? on: August 21, 2018, 01:49:32 PM
CME listing seems to be making bitcoins value go up almost almost as if its a fork coming up. How many of you are selling all alt coins at the moment for bitcoin?

thats not the smartest thing to do in this bear market because if you really want to have a bitcoin, buy it with your fiat, not with your altcoins. altcoins will have its bull run too after this month following bitcoin thats why dont sell your altcoins. hold.
20  Other / Archival / Re: Is this the end for Altcoins? on: August 21, 2018, 06:55:00 AM
All Altcoins are in red. What causes this dump and does this mean that it's over for certain amount of Altcoins?

We are talking about more then -10% for a lot of coins: Charts

this is very funny, just because this year were so down and every coins in the market were decreasing its value but this doesnt mean its the end already of all the altcoins, maybe some, but not with those nice platforms and projects, they will survive this year and will rise up next year.
