Please keep in mind that graft is a community based project.
Just curious how a commercial for profit project with multi million $ ICO could be "a community project".
The binance listing will cost you few millions,
Listing on shitbtc will cost you approximately $300K according to recent law suite against shitbtc from another ICO scam https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/800/0*4iuvHK68tgRD1j5o.
Make a step forward to "community" and list it on a decent exchange

From what I understand. Graft dev are going to develop working product/service first. Then get on exchanges which will create the first wave of interest from potential users.
If that first wave is triggered now, it might affect entire project in a bad way, because interest would be smaller due to , again, still undeveloped product/service - check the road map for when it is supposed to be finished.
Not a rocket science is it? And based on your profile, you are veteran user in crypto world ?
