1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram ICO (TON) on: March 07, 2018, 11:17:42 AM
Not sure what I think of this.  It's amazing how many users (especially in the crypto community) Telegram has been able to get.  That said, I hate using it!  It's hard to figure out how to do things, most of the groups are a mess, and I'm not sure it will end up justifying the amount of money they're raising in the ICO.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PayPal Is Seeking Faster Crypto Payments Tech on: March 05, 2018, 11:02:04 AM
Seems like Paypal is in a great position with regard to crypto payments if they can figure out the tech end of it.

Kind of funny that the article mentions Peter Thiel who isn't with Paypal anymore and whose reputation has generally taken a pretty big hit in the past two years.

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding more ethereum [Suspicious link removed]d for the future? on: March 04, 2018, 05:17:11 PM
Long term, I think Ethereum is probably the safest bet among all cryptocurrencies and tokens.  In fact, it's one of the only ones that I'd give better than a 50/50 chance of growing in value long-term (and think it's likely to grow many times over).
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happened with ZCL ? on: March 04, 2018, 11:13:19 AM
Knowing why people hold coins gives a good clue when they might stop holding coins.  If they were all holding for the fork, once the fork was done they had no reason to continue holding...and lots of reason to try to sell quickly before everyone else sold.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TOKEN] FCFL (FAN) - Fan Controlled Pro Sports League on: March 04, 2018, 12:32:34 AM
Anybody know whether there's a way to use your personal referral code/link but link directly to the main fcfl website instead of to the fcfl referral program?
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest or bounty? on: March 03, 2018, 04:23:08 PM
If you think you can invest profitably and have the money to spare, that has bigger potential.  But it's risky and requires capital.  If you have no budget, no trading skill and plenty of time...then bounties are the way to go.

Just wanted to let all the FCFL fans know that we can't wait - we're already working on a fan site with info and thoughts on the upcoming token sale and  on the league itself: http://fcfltailgaters.blogspot.com/

We'd love to get feedback on topics you'd like to see us cover.  There isn't too much info yet, but there will be a lot soon.  We just published articles speculating about what an FCFL style soccer league would look like and what an FCFL style baseball league would look like.
