Hello all! So I just received my 2 terminus today and one of them is working fine while the other ran for about 5 minutes and has now gone into a permanent ZOMBIE state.
I am running them on a os x machine plugged directly into their own USB ports. I am running the latest version of cgminer from vthoang/cgminer. I also tried running the zombied one on my pi machine but still no luck. Below is a snippet of the log file:

Also, what is funny is that the one that works never goes over 150MHz even if I try and force it on the command line. But at least it is running I guess...
I noticed that the white LED lights on the ZOMBIED one are blinking while the one that works just the blue LED light is on when they are not connected or mining. So what should I do at this point? Want me to send the ZOMBIED one back to you sidehack?
