UPDATE:
- Main focus: Exchange backend has been improved substantially to perform much faster than before. Loading time is x30 faster than it was at the moment of the last update.
- Medium blog launched with several articles
- Launched GitHub account with open API description for integration with 3rd party service
- New translations introduced on the web site
- Number of ETH markets grown over 100, volume and number of users slowly growing
- Spinning up a separate crypto project

DEX not always convenient, for example on IDEX, the day before yesterday I had a transaction for more than an hour and I lost more than 10% of the cost, because I did not manage to sell at a high price. on the classical exchange this does not happen!

Your order are marked in order books so you can easily see them  3. Non-confirmed transaction are shown in a very user-friendly way. No need to go and see what's happening on block explorer  4. You can click prices in order book to set the price of your orders 5. New panel for markets which clearly show market status and your balance  6. New UBQ market! 7. At some point of time, yes, but not planned for near future. |

Is this a decentralized exchange based on Ethereum? The efficiency can be a big problem！
Exchange itself is not based on Ethereum. However, Ethereum pairs are traded through blockchain contract. Other markets we are planning to open will be based on different platforms (e.g., UBQ, ETC). |

To make sure it is not Metamask connection thing, you can disable it and login as a guest, for example.
Same problem for guest user as well. Tried in iPhone with trustwallet DApp browser, without trustwallet in safari browser as guest, in windows PC with chrome browser as guest. All attempts are failed. Edit: if worked before and managed trade some SST tokens before. Problem may be after the recent updates Can you send me your contact (e.g., email) so we can quickly troubleshoot this issue? This should be something straightforward. Basically, I’d need you to check Chrome console for possible errors and Network tab to see on which request to the server it stalls. |

I mean it’s not loading at all. Tried on diffident days through out a week. I wanted to trade SST and ERT. Is that working for you right now?

Yes, it definitely works. It takes ~30 seconds to load because of 90 coins already added, but opens just fine. Are you connecting with Metamask? Once, I've experienced login problems when my Metamask had connection problems. Disabling and then enabling it back helped me. |

when do you planed to introduce https secure connection? And also i have trouble loading the site? its keeps on circling and never loads the exchange.
If everything goes as expected, this should happen in June. Yes, you are right, performance dropped to some degree due to the large number of coins added by the people. We are planning to address this in the next web-site update. Trying to catch up with all the needs as fast as we can. |
