Did the ACH payments go out?

I still have not received mine yet.

It has been more then 72 hours and I have not received any e-mail or any conformation that I have a payment pending.

Is there supposed to be a conformation e-mail or anything like that when I send bitcoins to be sold?

I have sent like 1.5 bitcoins and it asked me to pay a fee. Do I have to do this or can I just say no?

How do you find out how big a block size is?

I just found out about Bitcoins just over a week ago and I am starting to see how big this is going to become.
