I feel sorry for insulting administration and moderators. But i still disagree with asking "fee" from newbies. There should be alternate method, should be choise how to add in white-list person, which registered from banned IP. For example:
Some special button that can be clicked after the day after registration, called something like "please, let me join to forum without fee". Then, wait within day and if the number of such requests from this IP is not much for this time (to make sure that this is not a bot) send to user e-mail with verification code, which user must enter with virtual keyboard (make entry difficult for bots) from his user-profile page. And this procedure permits posting only to this person, not everyone from this IP.
Just an example, this can be done in another way.

It is, but it's not my fault too, that the internet became unfree. I see that it's fault of system, that built by people.

Anyway i tryed the way, which advice me hilariousetc. Thank you, it helps, but breaks rule #25 =). I registered new account from new clear IP and seems forum don't block me even if i log in from "bad" proxie IP (like browsec extension for chrome). I'll start from scratch acquaintance with forum. And, please, forgive me and delete this and other one my topics. This account may be deleted as well, seems i'll never use it again.

If i find clear IP, and register account, and then in future i catch one of blacklisted IP, will i get banned again?
And what if someone "evil" will in future registered with the same IP like my new account, this make me banned?

But it will not stop them from abusing at all. They can use more of clear IP's. To stop bots need to make registration more difficult, like Captcha do this.

I was in my home, but i can't use my real IP because of government restrictions. So i always use proxie, vpn etc. And that means i always must pay to administration of this forum. And even so, i can get banned for no reason if someone with same IP will be not welcome here.

So why don't write it in rules - every account must provide some cash to allow posting here. Why they choose me to pay? it's because of my "bad" IP? I dont choosed this IP, it's auto-assigned. Maybe you're right, but it's my principle - i will not pay to extortionists.

ofc i can use as many proxies as i want, but will it make me less evil or more? when you see that someone made something bad and now you must pay for that, how you think is that fair?

When i first time registered on this forum i saw that i have BANNED! And they are DEMAND to ME TO PAY THEM BITCOINS!! I dont care if someone was evil with same IP, i have nothing to do with him, but now i'am evil too!!! I will not pay even a cent to ##########!! Even if their ###########(moderators) always delete my posts i still will not pay!
