Hello,
I have moved to new version 9c but I haven't solved any block since 128234.
Is this normal?
I usuale get 10-20 block with 30PCs

Started to mine with CPU load about 30% conf file addnode=explorer.biblepay.org

The wallet has no lag now PC2 CPU i5 7400 I had CPU load about 1-3% with genproclimit=3 and minersleep=1 I have CPU load about 50% with genproclimit=50 and minersleep=1 No lag or freeze Both windows wallet ver .8 Let's see what will happen when I hit a block |

Even on a PC with a new wallet with 0 coins the wallet responds too slow, it freezes for a few seconds. Ver .7
I will try it with version 8.
I have send to it 260K to start mining

Also with ver .8 is still freezes for a few seconds. Now I'm waiting to ABN Weight
PS.
When I sent 260K to the other wallet my ABN from source wallet dropped to 0 and now I have to raise it again...

New version .8 installed Windows 10
setgenerate true 50 CPU load about 50%
In the meantime I solved a block... so I have the following after block solve
If gen=1 and genproclimit=40 and minersleep =0 in conf Then Wallet freeze (not responsive) - CPU load about 0-1%
if gen=1 and genproclimit=8 and minersleep =0 in conf then Wallet freeze (not responsive) - CPU load about 0-1%
if gen=1 and genproclimit=8 and minersleep =5 in conf then Wallet freeze (very slow response) - CPU load about 0-1%
if gen=1 and genproclimit=4 and minersleep =0 in conf then Wallet freeze (slow response) - CPU load about 0-1%
if gen=1 and genproclimit=3 and minersleep =0 in conf then Wallet freeze (a little slow response) - CPU load about 0-1%

linux binary also freezing, it is responding but it takes looooong time
Please ensure you have minersleep=-1 in the config also, and lower threads to 20, and see if it still is not using 100%? It was frozing but CPU load was 0-1% for biblepay I changed the conf to the following and it's not frozen addnode=explorer.biblepay.org

What do you mean sync for first time?
It has synced, it was working and CPU load OK (I had genproclimit=80 to have about 70-80% CPU load) but after block solve it froze.

I have installed new version 7b.
After I solved a block (127644) the wallet stopped working. In windows task manager it says Not Repsonding.
CPU load falled to 0%.
I cannot send anything from the debug console due to freezing state.

PS. When I do setgenerate true 50 the CPU was about 40-45% When I do setgenerate true 80 the CPU was about 60-70% My CPU is 7gen i5-7400 and do windows 10 mining The command setgenerate what exactly is now? Maximum cpu% load? It used to be number of threads. |

Yes, debugging this now, I see all the users here appear to be in the same boat - its basically an issue where the wallet will not successfully use the last large coin (due to tx fees being tacked on). Which version do you use, linux or win, and do you self compile or use a linux binary? I use windows version 1.4.3.6 Ok, thats great, because windows will be out in 55 minutes and you can tell us if it fixes this issue. I installed the new windows version I got these

Can we have in the guide for mining a template of the conf file? I mean 1 conf that is used for pool mining, 1 conf that is used for solo, etc I think that would help a lot |

I managed to make it run.
It probably was a problem of the wallet. I copied the wallet from another machine and it worked.

CPU load still about 10%. It varies from 5.5% to 13%

Before I answer, A) Are you solo or pool mining, B) does it go to 100% when you do the genproclimit 20? I do solo mining. I tried genproclimit=15 but still nothing. I'll try 20. I tried 20.
