Is there any way to anonymously set ETH, ETC mining, and then anonymously pay for the wallet so that it can not be located after ip, blockchain? Maybe VPN or Tor(and how to configure) maybe is another way?

My question is what parameters of the GPU-Z program are related to the speed of mining. I noticed that if I change in the MSI Afterburner, the memory clock speed of the graphics card in the GPU-Z changes to "Bandwith", and when I change the clock GPU changes "Pixel filtrate" and "Texture filtrate". In general I mean if for different graphics cards when "Bandwith", "Pixel Filtrate" and Texture filterate "are the same the speed of mining is the same?
