1  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: 2018 Bukan Tahun ICO ~~ 2019 ??? on: December 26, 2018, 12:11:16 AM

2  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [Diskusi] Menata Legalitas Cryptocurrency di Indonesia on: December 26, 2018, 12:04:19 AM
3  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [INFO] Film Dokumentasi Bitcoin on: December 25, 2018, 12:56:38 AM
mungkin pemerintah seharusnya memfasilitasi para pelaku jual beli bitcoin .
4  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [DISKUSI] Harga Bitcoin Anjlok, Pengangguran Bertambah on: December 25, 2018, 12:49:10 AM
5  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [Discusi] Apakah mungkin Nilai Crypto Mengalami Peningkatan awal 2019 on: December 25, 2018, 12:39:54 AM
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to make bitcoin a popular payment method? on: September 10, 2018, 11:30:48 AM

For something that can become a popular means of payment, you need the following:
Store of value: allowing individuals to make intemporal choices on when to spend their purchasing power
Medium of exchange: facilitating the exchange of goods and services by eliminating the inefficiencies associated with a barter economy
Unit of account: acting as a measure of value in the economic system.
Do you think the bitcoin has all three of these elements? I am looking forward to the bitcoin will become a popular payment method in the future.

The reason bitcoin is popular is because of certain factors:
because the bitcoin exchange rate is bigger than other coins, the value of the currency is safer and safer and users start developing.
7  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: The only way to connect the whole world is by bitcoin. on: August 10, 2018, 01:55:45 AM
I think To the countries of the whole world Accept the bitcoin What will happen with bitcoin will make the currency world interconnected What can you think

the possibility of that direction seems very reasonable, but is it possible for third world countries whose financial systems are still not well integrated, for example poor countries with digital currency needs are still very few and still need conventional exchange tools, because there are still many traditional markets that only accept direct exchange without any digital technology in it, and there are still very many countries with such conditions, so it still seems to take a long time, but for developing countries it is very likely to be realized because the market system is already online, buying and selling already between countries, so they need a fast exchange tool and do not require complicated regulations, so in my opinion bitcoin may be a medium of exchange throughout the next ten years but only for countries whose financial systems have advanced.
8  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: China’s Crypto Ban Surprisingly Effective on: August 10, 2018, 01:33:52 AM
cryptocurrency transactions in recent years become booming in China. Many investors are turning to the Bitcoin market, increasing demand. So that's the reason to close the crypto transaction as an effort to anticipate the potential risks that arise in the future.

I think the steps taken by China are very reasonable, besides the state is studying the circulation of cryptocurrency currencies, but also is preparing the next step maybe by applying taxes or other regulations, but the Chinese can also prepare their own krypto currency, because they see tremendous potential, the government must have seen this potential. They certainly do not want to be left behind from Japan, America and other developed countries, so we are waiting for the next ten years, if we do not want to be left behind then we have to adjust the progress of digital exchange equipment to replace the eye existing conventional money.
9  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Report: India showing signs it may legalize cryptocurrency payments on: August 09, 2018, 01:20:17 AM
According to a legal report released in July 2018, the country’s lawmakers are considering legalizing the multi-million dollar sports betting industry – naming cryptocurrencies as a legally acceptable payment method akin to credit and debit cards.

It is not inevitable that the world has included the digital era and is in dire need of digital currency, and its function must be very fast and unlimited, it can be provided by the currency, the Indian government may impose taxes on its users, so if you don't want to miss the developed countries then India must take steps to master money technology, in addition to providing assistance in ownership transactions. I think news like this has been very much in Europe where the financial system has been very well integrated.
10  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin longevity on: August 07, 2018, 12:44:59 AM
I do not know about you, but I still see that bitcoin is losing its popularity and losing its dominant value among the crypto currency. Perhaps this is temporary, we'll see. However, while bitcoin is far from being in better shape and lags far behind many coins in technical characteristics and functional capabilities.
The next five months, that is, before the end of this year, should show what will happen to bitcoin in the future.

I think it is true that the value of bitcoin is decreasing but it seems to occur only temporarily, probably due to the many other cryptocurrency currencies that are on the rise, but it cannot be denied that the world of global trade is in desperate need of fast practical currency and there are no barriers between countries, and that everything is in the cryptocurrency currency, I think many governments in developed countries like Europe, America and other developed countries have seen that huge potential, and they are learning how to be able to apply taxes and identify for their users, in addition to minimizing the potential of money laundering also to ensure that the government can control the rate of the digital currency, so it is very likely that in the next ten years the need for digital currency will be very large and will certainly increase the value of the currency.
11  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: The European Parliament Says Digital Currencies Can Be Used as Money on: August 06, 2018, 02:04:43 AM

is this news true? if the world really is entering the digital era. It is marked by the use of cryptocurrency as a direct payment tool and can be an option to use conventional or bitcoin currencies. but it seems that it cannot be applied in third world countries, because the effect can be very dangerous, first it can become a means of money laundering of corruptors, secondly it can be a tool of terrorism funding and most importantly developing countries still cannot control or detect the movement of money, because the management system the finances are still limited, but it seems that it is not valid in developed countries such as in Europe or in America. Developed countries should participate in participating in supporting the advancement of global financial management technology.
12  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: 27% of England’s Male Millennials Say Bitcoin Better Investment Than Property on: August 06, 2018, 01:40:56 AM
It's a very good news for the crypto community in general. I have earlier also mentioned that the majority of the investable funds are locked in with the older mass who are conventional in nature. Also they don't want to take huge risk in their investment portfolio. However, the survey shows that the new generation is more comfortable with the crypto investment. The only issue is that they don't have much investable funds in hand.

However, once this mass will start working and earning money, we will be able to see a lot of funds coming into the crypto economy. That change is not visible now, but it will be more evident within next 3-5 years once this new generation people will join their workplace. A change is definitely coming, slowly but surely.

but I think that it can only be applied in developed countries because investment in property in the third world is more profitable besides its value is rapidly increasing but can be at the same time for housing, but maybe in the next ten years if the need for bitcoin currencies starts to be needed, people can imitate developed countries using cryptocurrency currency but I don't think it's for investment but tend to be in the interest of substituting currencies between countries.
13  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Coinbase Establishes Political Action Committee on: August 04, 2018, 02:20:25 AM
Coinbase is targeting the US as her market base because of the believe that Americans wouldn't allow their investors to be scammed or allow any scamy ico to stay, thereby opening more patronage.

The step taken by Coinbase by targeting America as its market is right, but in the future the market of cryptocurrebcy currencies will likely move to Asia, especially Japan and China. The global market will definitely look for a very large market and that happens in Asia. must see this excellent opportunity by preparing security and technology support to anticipate the scamy ico.
14  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Will Bitcoin will be declare as legal or not ? on: August 03, 2018, 02:31:25 AM
Here I am confused whether the Indian government want to declare the Bitcoin legal or not ?.

Here are the proof that they will declare it as legal

1) Why government of India asking to the public for the suggestion whether to regulate , ban , or just leave it as is currently .
2) Why government taking action against the zebpay , whether everyone paying tax or not .
3) If government want to ban , then why they are waiting , why they are not directly declare the Bitcoin as illegal way of payment or asset .
4) Why government want make tax  from the Bitcoin earner , but don't want declare it as legal .
5) The big bank in India SBI want to use technology of blockchain but still they are not supporting Bitcoin.

Here are the chances to declare it illegal , due to following conclusions

1) They already banned in the year 2010 , but after they unbanned , so chances to ban it again are much possible .
2) If the government of India can stop the use of old currencies  , without any prior notice , then it is possible that they can ban easily the Bitcoin .
3) Since most of the millionaires are in the favour of the Bitcoin but still few celebrities are against the use of the Bitcoin .
4) The current government ruling India is against the black money , so may be possible that with the name of the black money they can ban it ( regardless of the factor that every transactions are publicly open for everyone to see ) .

Well here I would like to suggest everyone , whether he is Indian or not , just support Bitcoin  at www.mygov.in   resister your account and say about the Bitcoin .
And tell them that Bitcoin is a best option to destroy the system of the black money , because everything is open to see .

If you have still any suggestion then feel free to share below about this thread and also I requested to you to support Bitcoin at www.mygov.in

note : we have time until 31 may to give our suggestion , so be fast to support Bitcoin .

actually the Indian government is well aware that the cryptocurrensy currency cannot be banned and regulated by any country, so the government may be studying the workings of the digital currency, and is preparing technology support for that in the future, the government will surely follow the steps of developed countries like Japan, America, and other developed countries are starting to use bitcoin currencies, and it is very likely that the government will also make their own cryptocurrency currency, we can see the next five to ten years.
15  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: General use of bitcoin as a legal currency on: August 02, 2018, 01:35:43 AM
Im sure you mean, why countries DONT accept bitcoin in transactions?
because at the moment only a handful of countries have recognised it as a form of payment,
but not to replace any fiat currency.

I can understand some peoples thinking that if and when bitcoin is regulated by countries maybe there is a chance it woild be accepted as legal tender but i cannot see it happening.
Countries will simply create their own regulated crypto.

very true, there are still many countries that have not approved bitcoin as a legitimate payment instrument in their country, first bitcoin cannot be regulated and supervised by any party, so for countries with very high crime rates it is very potential for money laundering, the second reason to keep the eye the country's own money, the three financial systems of the country have not supported and have not been well integrated.
16  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: India and Bitcoins on: August 02, 2018, 01:17:13 AM
In India, Bitcoin is not a legal tender. But it is not explicitly termed as illegal. What is the reason for such a stand by Government? what are its implications?

the Indian government is clearly well aware of the importance of digital currencies, and they are still studying the workings of that currency, even in the future the Indian government makes their own digital currency, so it is very unlikely the government will ban the bitcoin distribution, but they still have not agreed to use to be a legitimate means of exchange in addition to protecting the value of their own currency as well as the government is still in the exploratory time to use the currency cryptocurrency.
17  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Europe Wants To Know Who You Are? on: August 01, 2018, 01:18:31 AM
Everyone hear the news, seems in Europe the so called powers that be want to put more regulation
for anyone who uses an exchange there to trade etc, they want to know who you are and when you are using the exchange for transactions in crypto.
so much for using the block chain and having a hidden ID in a transaction
must be a tactic to tax everyone in crypto?

anyone else read this? thoughts? its on cointelegraph.

something we dont want but who knows eh

actually the step in the European countries is a very good step, because in the future the possibility of kryptocurrency currency will be recognized and will become a legal currency, so bitcoin holders do not panic because with the tax and they know the business actors who use digital currency and they will certainly strongly support their legality. with the exception of criminals who used to keep their ill-gotten money in bitcoin, they would think twice about abusing the system.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you stop calling Bitcoin an investment? on: July 31, 2018, 01:11:26 AM
Who is calling Bitcoin an investment?I`ve never seen anyone calling it "investment" so far. Grin
People will continue to see btc as an investment opportunity, because of the price volatility and huge expectations for 25K or 50K price next year. You can`t stop them from buying bitcoins.
There is freedom of speech and opinions, you can`t create censorship.

it seems to have become human nature by buying something cheaply and it will be sold when it feels lucky, it must happen to all business people, and it happens not only on bitcoin alone, but to all cryptocurrency currencies. because most countries still consider bitcoin to be an asset, but if there are many countries that legalize bitcoin to be a direct means of payment certainly business actors will argue otherwise, and they will buy it without feeling as an asset but as a means of payment.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will become the first world currency for buy and sell ? on: July 31, 2018, 12:43:11 AM

For this, bitcoin has all chances, but this event, the worldwide adoption of bitcoin as a single currency, will not happen soon, at least 5 years from now. And we have to wait, watch and invest. Cool

bitcoin into the world's single currency seems very likely, but for the next five years is likely to occur only in advanced countries, because developing countries are very difficult to apply because developing country technology is still not supportive and has not been integrated with world finance, most likely developed countries will support the financial system a third world country is very likely to happen, and even then could be more than five years. but I am very optimistic that someday there must be a single currency in the world, and the currency of cryptocurrency is very potential for it.
20  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin tax question on: July 30, 2018, 02:12:48 AM
You have to declare all income, no matter what it is. It does not matter to the tax authorities, how you obtained that income

and if it was not defined or regulated at the time. It is still a income that you had to declare, so you might have to pay some

sort of penalty or declare the income in the next financial year. Just go speak to them and ask the questions from them and

they might even expunge the penalties. I spoke to my authorities and they helped me to declare the income from previous

years, without any penalties.  Cool

it is possible that the application of bitcoin tax can not be applied in a country that has not yet acknowledged the currency of cryptocurrency, for example bitcoin owners in Indonesia, they still can not pay transaction taxes, may only be able to pay commodity tax, because in that country bitcoin is considered a commodity and an infestation.
