Why will Steel messenger will be released only for devices running Android system?
Where did you find this info? There’re a lot of entries on social networks saying that both versions for iOS and Android are under development. Doesn’t the fact that the wont be released at the same time confuse you? It seems to me that the iOS users will at a disadvantage. The team is making every effort to release them at the same time. But it seems to me that if the app is released for iOS first and then for Android, there won’t be any problems. Absolutely agree. Many apps for various OS are released with some time gaps and this doesn’t have bad impact on users’ base. |

Other users rate you, and you are ranked automatically. Do you mean that a group of users can rat out some good competitor, giving him low rating? Theoretically, yes, but in practice, he or she can ask support team and improve the situation quickly. Offenders will be punished for sure. I heard that it’s possible to buy rating. HOQU team’s representatives told about it in one of the interviews. Doesn’t it seem weird to you that it hasn’t been stipulated preliminary? The team should have made an announcement in advance! Encryption is perfectly suitable for protection of privacy, it isn’t widely used because it was developed relatively recently. Does it turn out that it is already used in some other solutions? Yes, but it’s impossible to notice it in some massive project so far, so STEEL will become one of them. But PGP uses public encryption keys. It turns out that it’ll be quite easy to hack the messages. It’s under control: the senders use public keys to encrypt their messages, only the ones who have private keys can decrypt them. |
