UPDATE!!
GAWSuit plaintiffs are waiting for Fraser to make his last payment to EPIQ. That happens sometime in December. EPIQ has also been trying to weed out all of the fraudulent claims. As you can imagine, there were many claims that can not be substantiated. Plaintiffs have not received an update on that issue from the law firm.
