" some delay in the withdrawal"  Grin
I'm waiting for withdrawal of ZEC and GAME more than half year....
support don't reply..

it's a SCAM exchange...

it works till you have problem, then they don't care about you at all

algo_trader and banshee321  I have already replied to you. I have no another or a new answer for you.

but you didn't answer to question:

why did you lie that old node is deleted and there is no way to process transaction?

maybe it is also in "User Agreement" that you are allowed to do it?
3  Economy / Exchanges / Re: LiveCoin.net > Socket-based API - your suggestions are welcome! on: April 03, 2018, 04:11:10 PM
but do you see difference between info from support to my ticket:

"The old node is completely deleted, it is impossible to process transactions to the old addresses."
and
"Unfortunately, deposits sent to old addresses after the specified terms are lost."

so if it was 'deleted' and 'lost' so how someone has moved that into another address?

why they didn't just give answer like that:
"because you didn't read the news, we took your money for ourself.. just because we can"

why support lied?

algo_trader I have the same situation, and in my case it is 0.795 BTC

@LiveCoin I see that my BTC were moved from my old deposit address:
https://blockchain.info/address/19amgw2DUsJohFw3kJABeGmV3dBP7kGAuS
at 2018-03-19 14:50:06

and they were moved to Livecoin main wallet, just like all previous deposits:
1GTDsES25s4HsN7jws9irPXMaqzjQB7W7q

can you tell me who and how done it?

when I made ticket regarding my problem I got reply:
"The old node is completely deleted, it is impossible to process transactions to the old addresses."

so it looks like it was a lie...

yes I know and I'm not denying that.
But with such important changes (BTC deposit address) additional email notification would be more professional attitude, or any way to manually retrieve them.

I only don't believe that you have no possibility to retrieve that BTC.

I know that it would require your good will, and it's all I ask...

@LiveCoin

I'm using Livecoin.net for more then half year, and my 30 day volume is more than 100k$.

Now I have big problem.
I've send    0.7995 BTC at 2018-03-02 09:00:01 to my BTC account which I used before, but my deposit wasn't credited.
So I made a ticket to ask why it is not credited, and then I found out, that you have changed BTC deposit address without my knowledge,
and I cannot get my deposit at all!

Support wrote, that you gave that info in "News" section, but I didn't read "News" section for a month, I trade a lot and I use only API.

So professional bitcoin exchange should inform about such critical changes by email, or have some emergency recovery in order to retrive that deposit.

I don't believe that you don't have access to my deposit, for sure you have some backups or sth.
If you need some fee for manual processing then fine, but it is lots of money 0.7995 BTC.

You can't just leave me like that....

Please be a professional bitcoin exchange and help.
