Your withdrawal dont work perfectly since, I have submitted the tag, and that the same transfer from other exchanges are never subject to that kind of issues. Edit : some other members pointed some technical issues that may cause this issue, and it is something kraken is not doing good by submitting the transactions to the ripple network. Please raise the issue to your engineering team... if you have one... I got my ripple back,

Hi Ilanoh. When you withdraw Ripple from Kraken you would need to specify the tag that should be applied. If this was not inputted by you, the funds would need to be recovered from the exchange that you sent them to. In my book, Kraken and Bithumb both suck. I did finally get my deposit from Kraken to Bithumb after 20 days, which is not acceptable. I immediately transferred my XRP out and will never do business with ethier ever again.
Hi mwmanoh. This is not an issue with Kraken withdrawals. Our withdrawals are working normally. |

https://xrpcharts.ripple.com/#/transactions/41EF6EAC2429A17D95FD4F910B2C313BB779E5C137F4E24DD5A2328F8691E171same situation. ive recorded almost every conversation ive had with them most of them giving different stories. 1.) its in queue 2.) it takes time for bithumb to process the data from the blockchain 3.) bithum is backed up 4.) its not lost, hq just has to find it whatever the case is i think everyone who has this issue come together and get a headcount. get all of our documents proving we sent the xrp to them and have not been given the xrp we sent. we can call the media or authorities to meet us at the bithumb office so bithumb will be pressured to handle the situation. we hand them a packet with all of our information and a letter stating we demand to know where our xrp went and to give us a time frame by a certain deadline. if they dont comply then we all file a class action lawsuit for negligence and punitive damages. considering they are already in the new for possible tax evasion and other questionable issues, they cant afford any more bad media coverage. especially losing people's assets. thoughts? I'm ok with this, we can make a google drive to centralize the file ? Also I'm not in Korea, but if you are you can represent us |

Foreigners can't cash out recently.

The police went to the bithumb yesterday,
I tried a zcash withdraw which is usually long to be approved, but nothing after 3 hours,
I cancelled and did a ETH withdraw which is usually very quick and nothing happen...

Hello, how do you explain that this issue happen only when sending from kraken,
Can you as the owner of the wallet make a statement against this practice, if it is bithumb that is at fault, at ripple management? Since it is centralized maybe they can help us, and you by the same occasion.
Hi Ilanoh. It's hard to say what happened in this instance. When we're on the receiving end of a transaction, what's typically happened is a client has either omitted or made an error on the destination tag. Each exchange would have a different recovery process for these, so that's why we suggest contacting their support. Thanks for your answer, Can you contact Ripples to tell them that some receiver is holding funds coming from your address away ? Can you make a public statement, telling your customers, not to send XRP to Bithumb,as not everyone is on this duscussion. Thank you |

I did just recently submit a support ticket to Kraken. For anyone that has sent successfully sent an XRP transaction from a different exchange or wallet to Bithumb, are there any obvious differences in the raw transaction data between the one from Kraken which didn't show up and the one from another wallet that did?
Hi safexharbour. If the funds have been successfully sent from Kraken, our support staff would not be able to help in this instance. I would suggest contacting Bithumb's support. To find your transaction ID, please navigating to Funding > Withdraw > And click the ID of the transaction on the left hand side. From there you will see a transaction ID. Please supply this to Bithumb support. Thanks for understanding. Have you filled a international ticket or a korean missing deposit ticket ?
If you file an int'l ticket, they will just reply with the following instructions for filling out a missing deposit ticket: Thank you for using Bithumb Exchange.
Please go to '1:1 Inquiry' under 'Customer support'.
Then, for 'Type of question, click '[신청서양식] 가상화폐 입출금누락 확인요청'
([Request Format] Cryptocurrency Deposit/Withdrawal Omission Confirmation Request)
Please write your 'Mobile number'.
Check your name. Then, for '코인종류' (Coin Type), select 'Ripple' (XRP).
For '입출금구분' (Deposit/Withdrawal), select '입금' (Deposit)
Type '수량' (Quantity)' write your '지갑주소' (Wallet Address); put '데스티네이션 코드' (Destination Tag);
put your TXID number.
After writing all necessary information, click 'confirm'.
Checking TXID is possible from withdrawing website if withdrawing is completed.

No real news on mine, but we have been calling their support line (Korean) every day and they have now "forwarded our ticket to the department in charge" (of those types of issues) and to please wait. No frame of time was given. NOTE: AT THIS TIME, DO NOT WITHDRAW XRP FROM KRAKEN TO BITHUMB. YOUR COIN WILL _NOT_ ARRIVE. I have sent another small test amount to see if that would go through and it did not. I recommend sending it to a personal wallet or other service before sending it to Bithumb. Have you also contacted Kraken on this issue ? |

Try to stick with conventionnal exchange or try to do transfers with $10 equivalent of crypto before proceeding to more when doing something you never tries before...

My korean ticket was proceeded but still waiting the funds.
Please people also report this issue to kraken.
I'm sure the error come from them.
It is not possible that every exchanges are credited right on time but not kraken.
Create ticket at kraken I did it.
