1  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Do we want our own coin? on: April 08, 2018, 02:26:17 PM
Of course we would like to have our own coin. Though it will be kind of difficult for us to develop, having something like bitcoin that we can call our own will be great for the country. It will indicate that we can go along with the development of other country. And since the number of people who are interested and is fond of virtual coins here in the country is increasing, there will be a great possibility that it will be a success and will be beneficial for the many.
2  Local / Pilipinas / Re: BSP: Advisory on the Use of Virtual Currencies on: April 08, 2018, 02:15:56 PM
The BSP is trying to warn us about investment scams relating to cryptocurrencies since many reports have already been received by the government. We all know that this virtual currencies are considered as high risk investment not only because it depends merely on the demand and supply but also because it is not yet regulated by the country itself.
3  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Meralco tataas ang singil up to 1 peso per kw/hr. By nxt 2 months. on: April 08, 2018, 02:05:40 PM
4  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Philippine News about cryptocurrency on: April 08, 2018, 01:50:07 PM
5  Local / Pilipinas / Re: BSP requires Banks to set up e-payment channels on: April 05, 2018, 05:08:38 PM
I believe this is one of the steps BSP is taking in preparation of the country to the future of digital currencies. I will not be surprised if next year cryptocurrencies will be used throughout the country.
6  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Twitter will ban cryptocurrency advertising? on: April 05, 2018, 04:59:18 PM
Yes, twitter is about to ban all crypto-related ads as well like what other social media sites have done. This is to ensure that privacy is well secured among members and illegal activities will be prevented as much as possible. It aims to protect the general welfare of people and save the company's reputation as well.
7  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Philippines to develop rules on cryptocurrency trading? on: April 04, 2018, 12:15:11 PM
I am looking forward to this set of regulations that they are about to come up. It is indeed great to hear that the government is open to the concept of cryptocurrencies and is willing to make it far secured for the investors specially in this world full of scammers and hackers.
8  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Para sa mga baguhan sa trading!!! on: March 29, 2018, 07:14:29 AM
Iba pa din talaga kapag may graphs mas madali syang maintindihan di gaya pag nagbabase ka lang sa data though data itself is also essential since the more basis you have the lower the risks you may encounter. You really need to exert an effort researching to track the best time for buying and selling.
Not necessarily that you need ng mabilis na internet basta hindi nawawala wala ung connection, kailangan lang is mabilis ung pc mo and kayang nakabukas magdamag , yung iba nga nagamit ng super computer. Pero I think it will also an advantage kung both mabilis ung pc and internet. The faster the better.
10  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph new offers! on: March 28, 2018, 04:02:26 PM
11  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Tingin nyo bababa pa sa $8k o mahihit uli ang $18k per BTC on: March 28, 2018, 03:47:17 PM
Possible padin mahit ang $18k lalo na ngayon na mas madami na tumatangkilik nito, even banks and some big companies consider this. Likewise, i think ndi na ito bababa pa ng $8k for as demand increases so its value.
12  Local / Pamilihan / Re: PNB looks into use of bitcoin! on: March 28, 2018, 01:57:40 PM
It is indeed good to hear that banks like PNB are seeing the future in digital currencies.  Studying it is a great step meaning they are already preparing themselves into it. It will be an advantage since when they engage themselves with these, the demand on bitcoin will increase and so its value.  Other banks will consider this as well, and many trusted companies will be expected to invests more  .
13  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin is not really banned by Google on: March 27, 2018, 03:13:54 PM
Bitcoin is a cryprocurrency and according to some articles any ads relating to cryptocurrencies will be banned by June unless it was certified by Google itself. In my opinion, it will only be temporary and was done only to secure its site. Since many people and some companies are starting to consider cryptocurrencies, i think its development will be unstoppable, even Google will have no control over and maybe partake on it and create its own digital coin.
14  Local / Pilipinas / Re: [Speculation]Is Facebook joining the blockchain tech and launching its own coin? on: March 26, 2018, 03:15:24 PM
It is not impossible that Mark Zuckerberg will create his own version of cryptocurrency, if he was able to make facebook then so so he can produce a digital currency. It will be of his advantage since facebook have been widely used to advertise and promote crytocurrencies. No wonder that if he made one of his own it will be accepted by many.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: GOOGLE hasn't banned BITCOIN advertising on: March 26, 2018, 03:05:19 PM
Google as stated will ban any advertisements relating to cryptoocurrency by June yet I think it won't totally ban ads as long as it doesn't cause any harm to people and it will be applied for certification.
16  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bangko Sentral, SEC to educate public on cryptocurrencies on: March 26, 2018, 02:43:39 PM
It is indeed good to hear that the government is starting to partake in the development of cryptocurrencies in the country. Educating the filipinos through Bangko Sentral's help is a smart move knowing the fact that many people are trying to be involved with this but are not as knowledgeable as it seems. This will help lessen those people who are victimized by scammers who takes advantage of them.
17  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Uber in crypto on: March 26, 2018, 11:54:03 AM
Since nagmerge na ang grab at uber and knowing the fact that both are international companies it is indeed a good idea that they consider making their own cryptocurrency that aims to be used globally. Imagine if you are used on riding a carpool, you can used your smartphone to pay for it hassle free within the country or in any country where grab and uber also operates.
18  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Austria Plans to Regulate Bitcoin Like Gold, Derivatives on: March 26, 2018, 11:46:07 AM
19  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin transaction offline on: March 26, 2018, 11:32:17 AM
Kumbaga kapag gusto maraming paraan.
20  Local / Pilipinas / Re: WHEN BITCOIN WILL REPEAT ITS HISTORY CHART on: March 25, 2018, 09:58:10 AM
This time would be different.

For the past years:
- no media coverages
- fewer people only knows it
- fewer developers
- not so much resources available (infact only the whitepaper)
- massive liquidity issue

Lately:
- disrupting global financial operations
- frequent media coverage (cnbc)
- a lot of educational resources available
- lightning network, mast, mimble wimble, rsk
- futures market
- hash rate increase
- exponential growth rate
- we have witnessed that trying to bann bitcoin will only make it stronger
- under the radar of institutional investors.

Bitcoin will  either rise or remain as it is but will not go back to the same value it have been once before. Certain factors like the development of this idea on many social media sites and consideration of some country of this digital currency affects its value in a very positive way.
