Still only getting at most 1 connection, even with all those nodes added. Wallet not syncing. edit: Cryptounited.io is down for me, too. For a week at least. I get 1 connection also, but wallet sync well. Some days ago Cryptounited website was working for me, but now seems down for me too. Yeah, after 2-3 hours mine started syncing, too. At least that.

Yeah, i saw it too .. with a huge amount of premine and then the thread is gone ... never saw the re-ann thread though ...
you are posting in it ^^ and i can confirm 700k coins were premined.. i was one of the first on the hashasaurus pool when it was up last night.. so premine was actually about 0,25%

Lol .. No Luck with goldbars today, it seems.. the other one ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=507359.20 ) launched also, but their pool died and doesnīt seem to have been fixed yet. funnily enough the Dev from THIS Goldbar conceded to them in that thread, like he lost an election. But this coin at least released source and made 3rd party pools possible, the other is still missing that and can only be soloed at the moment (which I am doing ^^) It is coingen, supposedly because they wanted to outpace this goldbars and they tell us on cryptocointalk that they will switch over to their own code in the near future, though I dont know how thats supposed to work still, i liked their launch better. at least they had a pool AND wallets up from the get-go.

smooth launch, so far, except for pool troubles..
iīll stay with this goldbars.. i believe them when they say they announced earlier. And the other one launched in panic without even a wallet.. noobie mistake.

on coinex chat the pool admin said that yes, they will release platinum and silver later on.. and they were the first gold bar but delayed the launch for a month.

Really? I Pronounce it "Shiv-ra" And btw. I seldom have seen a coin launch with such a stable network for a while now. I actually think itīs a good thing cryptsy, coinwarz and coinchoose hasnīt picked it up yet. No Multipools trying to rape it, yet (though it is quite secure against that). Itīs become my go-to coin, when others are fluctuating like crazy and itīs become one small, stable island in the sea of altcoins. Thatīs why I always have some miners running on it and I always hold a percentage of my Xivīs, I only sell a small part from time to time.

God Damnit! Every time... Two days ago I sold a big chunk of Xivīs to get some Currency... grrrr. I really need to learn to hold on to my coins.

I will keep mine now for a while. Donīt need to sell at such a low price. Remember, the less you sell, the higher the price. Supply and Demand.

Xivra is gaining momentum .. nice to see, but I have been growing a bit worried about the difficulty rising.. over the last few days it has even been one of the most profitable coins to mine, and we can count ourselves lucky that it is still somewhat of a secret tip. But when the time comes and sites like cryptsy, coinwarz or coinchoose pick it up (and that canīt be too far away, the way it is going), the big pools will pick it up and then we will face a problem other coins have experienced already. Xivīs have a rather slow difficulty adjustment time. Which is nice, as long as the network is steadily rising and makes for much more predictable results. The Problem arises as soon as a big mining pool "rapes" the coin, as long as itīs difficulty is low. On the next adjustment, diff. then rises to unheard of heights, the pool leaves and we small miners are left with picking up the pieces. Same happened for example to the Franko a while ago, which had a 6 hour diff. adjustment time. Big pools came in, raped it and pushed the diff. so high, that after leaving it took the rest of the network days, not 6 hours, to reach the next adjustment. Thatīs why they now implemented the Gravitiy well. I think that could be a good idea for Xivra as well. In the beginning, we wouldnīt feel the effects, as long as the network stays stable. But it would possibly deter the big Multipools from raping the low difficulty. It all is better explained here: http://www.reddit.com/r/dogecoin/comments/1wc0sr/why_arent_we_discussing_implementing_kimotos/What do you guys think?

I invested a bit in Moon on Crytpsy and Xivra on Coinedup. Xivīs already paid off, after initial miners and early supporters sold off their coins. I still think I was too early in selling, though. With Moon I wonīt make that mistake. I will keep mine for a while yet.

Normal Market forces, like with any other coin. When the price went up, naturally a lot of people sold theirs, price starts dropping, lot more sell because they panic, etc.pp. Nothing to worry about.
Just donīt sell. The more you keep, the less are on the market, of course. Demand will rise over time, though, if people believe in this coin. So the price will rise in a few days, weeks, months. Just be patient.

I canīt shake the feeling I sold too many of my Xivīs after Coinedup took them over ^^
It keeps being my go-to coin, too. I do mine others sometimes, or mine on multipool, but I canīt resist mining a nice Xivīs. My 2nd, slow miner actually almost always is on Xivīs.

Asturking: That is normal. Xiv pools only confirm after 500-600 confirmations (takes, i think, about 10-12 hours). So your XIV will come

Wow.. Havent been mining this for 2 days now and net Hash goes up from 50M to 200M? Nice to see it pick up

No Premine at all. At least not from developers. The Block Chain started at Block one. There was a User on the pool with a chinese sounding nick in the first few hours, putting in 30 Mh/s or something, mining a lot of the early coins, but he wasnīt the first, as far as I can tell. He must have made a decent amount of Xiv, but not for long, since people jumped on the band wagon fast, myself included. btw. Axio you from .de? Guten Morgen
