Despite the negative responses, i will continue to try to help.
Look there is no " trying" to help, you either Help by answering questions truthfully and providing honest information or you don't ! IMO it's not so much about negativity versus positivity ... it's actually about getting to the root of the issue and YOU being more forthcoming with HOW you intend to Help  Thank you, I'll keep providing as much information as I can without inviting additional risk to the situation. |

It's a tough middleman situation and we are dealing with it the best we can. We ask that our customers have faith in our recovery. We have done it before and can do it again.
Show us some proof of recovery efforts: Signed addresses with generation transactions, custom coinbase text, other proofs of mining power. Thank you for the suggestion. We document our recovery efforts in case we are ever obligated to provide that. All bitcoins that are left will be given to customers. Thank you to those who have shown their support. Saying "It's a tough middleman situation" explains very little ... You need to make that clearer for it to be understood, so please explain. What has happened has happened and we are dealing wih the consequences. if we are ever obligated to provide specifics then we will. My number one goal is to take care of the customers and I will spend every last ounce of resources to do that. Why else do you think I would be sitting here 10 minutes before New Years? I obviously want to see continued success in this company, and I believe it's possible. |

Progress is ongoing despite our losses. I've read everything in this and other threads so I'm fully aware of what your are putting forward as your position ... What I'm struggling with is where all the hash power you claimed you had has disappeared too. I also can't get my head around the cause of the end of PB mining ... Okay you got doxed up the wazzoo but how does that stop your miners from mining ? It's a tough middleman situation and we are dealing with it the best we can. Coinfire.cf hacked now, with threats and all. This is getting crazier by the minute.
Site now reads:
"Dear Mike Johnson,
We know you live in Indianapolis, Indiana.
We know that one of your authors had an insecure password.
We now know enough about you to ruin your life.
Stop reporting lies.As I said, simple Wordpress blog is easy to take down."
Wow...
The style of writing is very similar to something PBM has received in the past. Law enforcement needs to be deeper involved in all of this bullshit, IMO. They read the threads but why aren't they taking more action? |

Unfortunately the extreme harassment and threats since the posting of a Facebook profile with friends/family information has lead to some horrible losses thanks to some very shady people with unreasonable demands. This is an attempt to reach out and give customers what is left, even if it means liquidating personal assets to help. I will start the process now of looking at customers on a case-by-case basis and doing what I can to help. Any refunds in December will be aimed at those who have suffered "extreme" losses due to reduced payout. I will begin to look at the remaining majority of accounts in January.
Questions may go unanswered for awhile, but that is because there is a lot of work to do. Please be patient. Unfortunately it will be impossible to make everyone happy but a very honest attempt will be made.
For those who are wondering, the owner is not laughing all the way to Mexico. Losses have been substantial due to complete invasion of privacy and some very harsh blackmail that followed thereafter, but there will be a strong attempt to make things right even if it is unsuccessful.

Customers have not been ripped off, yet he is receiving a large number of death threats. He has received some very unreasonable demands and it will be impossible to make everyone happy. As far as law enforcement is concerned, there will be a statement made and the threats & blackmail messages will be shown to them.

We suspect these are the same individuals who were threatening our company back in January. The exposure of his personal life is proving to be damaging and could give him very good reason to leave PB Mining. If this happens, then legal action will be taken against those who have posted his personal information, including that which was deleted soon after.
Go to jail. Do not pass go, do not collect $200 I can post and say what i like To warn victims of your scam. You are free to have your opinion about our business, but I was talking about a completely different topic regarding the facebook profile which was posted. Who gives a fuck? The law gives one. What part of Canadian law says you cannot share publicly available information? I think he's gibbering on about some made-up complaint about blackmail or such the like. He wants a movie made about him and is making up the story as he goes. If you had a strong suspicion that our business is fraudulent then you should have taken that up with legal authorities, rather than playing a part in this cruel harassment of our lead developer. |

These threats could also prove to be damaging towards the company, as there has been some very unreasonable demands set forth by those involved. We will take care of our customers, as always. The moderators have a responsibility to help us avoid further harassment as well and hopefully they can take some action.
