Eat some banana before you sleep(about 30min before you sleep) and drink enough water .Sometimes low water is the main problem. If those don't work try some yoga.I can't post the link here.Try this on youtube "bed time yoga for deep sleep".Those are worked on me. If those didn't work on you go and see a doctor my friend.That is the best thing to do. Another good thing to do my friend is let some fresh air come to your sleeping place.I always do that.I opening my windows of my room about 15min before sleep.Let the fresh air come in. More and fresh oxygen will help you for better sleep.
