I agree that Americans and Europeans are always interested in ICOs but one can not compare these ICOs with the banking system. The system is still very immature.

Look out for bounty managers, team, website, advisors, LinkedIn profile of members. You can get an idea is anything about the ICO is suspicious.

Altcoins are here to stay. Some altcoins have great project supporting them in the backstage.
