here is a problem i got errors from win 7 (crash errors like a program is stops and it will be close)

when i build a rig and test it for a first time it was working perfect without crashing and errors but after reinstalling win 7 start.bat is crashing after 3-4 sec

After a fresh instalation of win 7 sp1 64bit BAT file is crashing every time i start it
Rig from 8 gtx 1080ti 4gb ram, 60ssd
any idea how to fix this problem?
